5 Stars - An Unforgettable Vietnam Experience! We recently returned from our Vietnam trip (7th May to 13th May) organized by Travel Triangle, and we can't stop raving about it! Right from the planning stage to the final drop at the airport, everything was extremely smooth, flawless, and absolutely memorable. Our itinerary covered Hanoi City, the famous Train Street, Halong Bay cruise, the stunning landscapes of Ninh Binh, the charming streets of Hoi An, vibrant Da Nang City, and the absolute highlight of the trip – the magical Ba Na Hills. Every location was perfectly curated and timed, giving us a beautiful blend of nature, culture, and relaxation. Thanks to Travel Triangle for making this journey so seamless. The coordination, local guides, accommodation, and transfers were all top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-managed and memorable international trip. A special mention for Ba Na Hills – it felt like we had stepped into a fairytale. The Golden Bridge, cool mountain air, and the entire ambiance were simply surreal.

We visited Arunachal Pradesh specially Tawang with the help of our travel agent Hill Dekho and Prashant. The whole itinerary was really well prepared and customised according to our need. Prashant the travel agent was always just a phone call away from us throughout the process right from sharing the quote to completing our tour. The cab driver (Vipul) was really a gem of a person and was cheerful throughout our Tawang trip. The hotels/homestays were satisfactory and the food was also good. Do go with Hill Dekho for the best price and itinerary. Really good experience. Best memories were visiting the snow capped mountains and the Bumla Pass. Felt proud seeing the army guarding us in the Chinese border. All mountain lovers should visit India's Land of the Rising Sun. Tawang was mesmerising and beautiful.

The hotel boasted lovely aesthetics and a truly supportive staff. However, the food selection was quite limited, and the service lagged considerably in speed. Our cab driver, while pleasant, demonstrated a lack of professionalism. At Pathankot railway station, he rushed the luggage handling, leaving it scattered. Furthermore, his inexperience was evident when navigating to the hotel, as he mistakenly drove us to the wrong hill. I would strongly advise the agency to develop a time-sensitive itinerary that ensures all listed attractions are covered. We were disappointed to miss the sunset point. Additionally, on Day 2, our driver initially took us to an incorrect location, claiming it was the tea garden, before we eventually reached the actual tea garden after further inquiry. Overall trip was very good. Hotels accommodation was also good. Driver was professional and cooperative but vehicle Innova provided was although neat & clean from inside but since it was very old hence was not good enough for hill station rides and pickup & speed was lacking. Travel agent was not upto his words regarding payment. Previously he gave us the option to pay 2nd installment after reaching the hotel while booking the package whereas he asked us to pay 2nd installment instantly 1 day before beginning of the trip. Although travel triangle team told us not to pay any other person or agent. My feedback is to improve the payment system such as paying 50% advance and remaining 50% during the trip. Or 50% advance and 25% at the start and remaining 25% at the mid of the trip, as per convenience.

PRE BOOKING EXPERIENCE :- VERY GOOD ADHERENCE TO COMMITMENTS :- GOOD ,. Hotel at phuensholling was not as per your commitments. , neither three star nor even basic .My humble request that avoid " HOTEL GADHEN to others also . Athough our tour coordinater Mr asif seemed to be very particular of our next hotels , HENCE very good experience at THIMPU , punakha & paro . Hotel at bagdogra was changed , without our knowledge .Indrapuri hotel was a dirty one , with no proper entrance from road . It gave us negative image of our valley tour & treks . We still do not know why "the orbit" was changed ? FOOD :- The qwality of food was not that of a three star hotels in all hotels. VEHICLE :- In sikkim innova provided by you was not fit for hilli area , ie . vehicle tyres were verey old & slippery . the tyres were required to be changed a year ago . However our driver shri RAKESH SHARMA , was very expert , who saved our life , when vehicle slipped on hills 2 times . The vehicle did not had a active mobile charger point . On returning from gangtok to phuentsholling , the driver was changed to some " ugeyn" . This driver was not good enough & proper behavier . He was busy all the time in swalloing gutka & spitting on his hand. Bhutanside side vehicle was promised to be given " haice bus" . But defying promise , another vehicle " hundai H-1 " was provided., however its driver Mr. sangay was very good one .On returning from PARO to phuentsholling the vehicle was provided as haice but the driver's driving was very much rough & careless .The driver also not provided us mobile charger & dustbin facility . ( we need to emphasize here that our tour operator must reply to us on these points , or the matter be referred to immigration deptt bhutan . Guide :- our guide ms. singay was very much polite , cooperative , & with humanaterian approch On account of " not providing haice bus "& good hotels "at phuentsholling & bagdogra , WE MUST BE given refund immediately .

The Akshay palace is not even a 2 star hotel The washrooms was unclean The bed smelled of urine Breakfast / lunch area was also unclean. On top of it a very small room for 4 people. Overall not a good hotel. Jungle hill resort A good hotel to stay. Very good staff. Food options are very limited. They have only 1 cook. Driver Excellent driver Sunil Shetty. Very knowledgeable. And is very polite and gentleman

There were so many unforgettable experiences throughout the trip, and some of the top highlights included: - **Ninh Binh Boat Ride**: This serene boat ride through the stunning limestone landscapes was an absolute highlight, offering a peaceful and picturesque experience. - **Halong Bay Cruise**: Cruising through the iconic Halong Bay, surrounded by towering limestone pillars and emerald waters, was nothing short of magical. - **Bana Hills Cable Car**: The cable car ride to Bana Hills offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, providing a truly unique experience. - **Phu Quoc 4 Island Tour**: The Phu Quoc tour was another standout experience, with the cable car ride from the 4th Island to the 1st Island offering spectacular views of the ocean. The entire tour was well-organized, and our guide Vivian made sure we didn’t miss any must-see spots, like the shows at VinWonders and GrandWorld. Phu Quoc itself is a paradise. Even though our Phu Quoc tour was a group tour, Vivian made sure to provide us with all the details to make the experience smooth and easy. He was available round the clock to answer any queries and helped us cover all the must-see spots on time. We also have to thank Jennie for recommending Wyndham Gardens for our stay in Phu Quoc – it was indeed a fantastic choice. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation filled with unforgettable memories, and it was all possible because of Jennie and her amazing team.
