Even though it was an impromptu plan, Vivek was extremely patient and proactive in arranging everything smoothly at such short notice. There was a small issue with the standard of one of the hotels, but Viv
ek handled it very gracefully and managed to arrange a better hotel for us within 30 minutes, which was truly impressive.
