Overall, we had a great experience with the trip arranged by Triptovana. The hotels provided were excellent, with good locations, comfortable accommodations, and quality food. The itinerary was well planned and organized by Mr. Abhishek from Triptovana, making our Meghalaya trip smooth and enjoyable

The only issue we faced was with the driver. On several occasions, he refused to stop at places we requested for lunch, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, he repeatedly declined to pay the parking charges at tourist spots, even though these charges were included in our package. As a result, we had to pay them ourselves.
However, Mr. Abhishek from Triptovana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. He promptly addressed our concerns and arranged reimbursement for all the parking charges we had paid. His professionalism and customer support made a positive difference to our overall experience.

I booked our trip through Leisure Loop Trip. Most important criteria for me was to keep my parents comfortable - with vehicle, rooms and places.
It was well taken care. I had some crazy customizations - Priyali helped me with everything I wanted. She guided me on what is possible, what is not possib
le. She kept connected and took care of all the co ordinations needed between hotels, vehicle guys. The travel partner who provided us cabs deserve all the appreciation for providing best support in terms of Cabs. They guided us with places to visit, permits on last minute requests.
I had to ask for change in plan and change in hotels due to various reason and Priyali handled it very very well. No where we felt blocked or interrupted during our 8 day trip only because Priyali took all the load. I highly recommend Leisure Loop Trip for the north east travel plans for a stress free travel and comfort.
Thanks from my Parents side as well for arranging my crazy travel to Ahaldhara. That was the highlight of our trip and will cherished for a long long time.
