Vehicle was ok ok type .agency agreed to provide sedan or swift but instead of that on last day the vehicles was 10 seater mini bus. Language barrier with driver. We have already paid all amount but still driver was asking money for toll and parking. Driver nature was good ; no insecurity but no professional behaviour regarding payment.

Vidya's 3 days trip to Pondicherry

The trip to Goa was good but was not an awesome one like our other trip with travel triangle. Day 1 : Was a total waste as there was a destination wedding at the resort and the day was totally chaotic and loud because of the music that went on up-to 10:30pm. Day 2 : We had to wait for 2 hours for our paragliding and yet couldn't get it as baga beach was overcrowded. Had to come back losing our money. Day 3 : We didn't go according to the schedule planned by our travel agent as it was very warm during the day so we went out for a dinner cruise at our own expense. Day 4 : Nothing was planned on this day our flight was at 2:40 pm it was just check out from hotel and drop to the airport. Overall the trip could have definitely been better it was surely not up-to travel triangle standards. Our ride to the dolphin point was good.

Doel's 4 days trip to Pondicherry

The driver who came with the car was a great person, very friendly, polite and accomodating. The hotel rooms were good, we found cockroach, AC was not working. Regarding the travel agent, I faced something that has never happened in our earlier trips booked through Travel Triangle. I made the complete payment long back but the agent didn't make the payments. In the hotel, we were asked to make the pending payment as travel agent didn't do. The hotel said the agent is not receiving the phone. It was quite chaotic and I had to follow up multiple times to ensure the payment was cleared. Same happened when the driver agency called me saying they didnt receive complete payment. This issue was definitely disturbing. Visit to Mahabalipuram

Priyanka's 4 days trip to Pondicherry

I had booked a family trip to Pondicherry and Mahabalipuram from the Chennai airport for 4 nights. The agent was responsive in accommodating my requests before the booking was confirmed. The overall experience was fine. However, the hotel that we stayed at in Pondicherry (for 3 nights) wasn't very clean. It was an old hotel and the AC air smelled of mold. Breakfast was included in the tour package but packaged breakfast was provided in the room and not a dine-in experience-- something that I didn't expect. Additionally, their was seating and cupboard options but the space was limited and restrictive for 2 people in a room. I must stay the staff was polite though. I wish I had the time to carefully review the package and hotel choices before booking. We stayed one night at Sangam Inn and Banquet in Mahabalipuram. This hotel was very clean and had a nice ambience with dine-in options. All the staff was very polite and accommodating. We were suppose to leave before the official breakfast time to get to the airport in time and they prepared the breakfast 30-mins before our departure time. Lastly, the cab drive was overall fine but I would have appreciated that the driver wasn't driving in a rush. During our drive from Chennai airport to Pondicherry (Day 1), we had to let him know that he was driving a bit rough. Post that, the driving was better. In my past experience from another tour company, the driver had the itinerary and would take us to all the places by himself. In this trip, we had to communicate with the driver regularly about our daily plans. I am not sure if that is usually the case but this allowed us some flexibility .
