4.In bangkok no city tour inspite of several calls and follow ups
5. Travel agent pathetic no proper communication for pick up n drop
6. Veg food in flight not booked , had
to starve in flight, non veg was served to us.

Excellent service, but there were few gaps. I was shared a contact number of a agent who was not direct point of contact. It was mentioned that an english speaking guide would assist but cab driver alone was with us and he was assisting us. Since the cab driver was very good we didnt face any proble

The simcard shared with us was not working properly and faced few issues with it.

Overall experience is good and had a wonderful time. Pickup and drop was on time, with the drivers giving the exact location for pickup. They were patient enough to explain about the places we visited and answered all our queries. Stay at the hotel [Santa Grand Bugis] was pleasant, which included co
mplimentary breakfast. The hotel location was nearer to shopping malls, little India, major sight seeing places and airport. There is just one major feedback for Travel Triangle: 9th August was Singapore National Day and we planned for city tour, Singapore Flyer. We were informed by our guide in the city tour bus that flyer would be closed that day. It would have been better if the travel agency had noticed this ahead of the schedule and gave prior notice to customer, so that the itinerary could be changed. The good point about the agency was that, since we could not take the flyer, the amount was refunded. So the trip was perfect.
