If we are trusting your firm with our travel and money, the same trust should be extended to the travellers. We were even refused a detailed itinerary (which was shared mere 5 days before the trip) till we had paid all the installments. As the money was paid in installments, travellers should have been provided various vouchers in installments as well, but this was not the case. 3. Kindly do a background check on the pickup drivers. We had a pretty rude pickup driver who dropped us at the destination he wanted to go to and not to the one where we asked him to as it was inconvenient for him. 4. Share the Driver details beforehand at the start of the day rather than sharing it when asked for . This was repeated on all the 4 days of our driver need. 5. Also would appreciate if any changes made in the booking to be made reasonable. We were asked to pay exorbitant amount for increase our hotel stay eventhough the hotel prices were half of it.

suggest a better hotel in pattaya as bella express was not upto expectation..private transfer cars were on schedule and comfortable beyond our expeactations also the drivers were very professional as well as welcoming In case of all the prepaid activities ie phi phi island cruise safari wrld etc we did not face any issue.. I would like to specially acknowlegde Gaurav for support during the entire trip.. He was always approachable and in throughout contact with us.. We would also like to thank Miss Golf and Mr Arun the emergency contact num provided by you..they were also in continuous touch with us.. Special thanks to Mr Gaurav Singh for always being in contact if required and his efforts for making the trip peaceful for us.. We had a very bucket full of memories during the entire trip
