Experience was seamless whether airport transfer hotel check in and check out process. I have travelled from north Vietnam to south. Guide was awesome but had little bad experience with the guide on last tour of our trip. Cruise

First of all a big thank you to Travel Triangle for arranging a very good trip of Northeast covering most of the desired places and also giving enough time to enjoy the lovely locations. We really enjoyed the trip and cherish memories of our visit. The most enjoyed portions of our trip are Balaji Temple in Guwahati, Kazhiranga National Park, Chirapunji, Mawlynnlong Living Root Bridge, Dawki Border with Bangladesh, Boat ride in Umngot river supposed to be crystal clear water but due to previous night rain was totally murky (unlucky!!), Sacred Forest, Umiam Lake, Darshan at Maa Khamakya temple, Assam State Zoo. However not all locations could be enjoyed fully as described in your offer for reasons below : 1. Umiyam Lake had closed while going from Guwahati but during return could see the lake but no boat ride was possible due to extreme windy conditions. 2. Umngot river water was totally murky due to overnight rain. 3. Northiang Monolith was totally missed as driver forgot to take us there. The hotels chosen were pretty decent but lacked any room view. We were stumped when we reached Shillong when the Hotel Treetops Residency informed that there was no booking for us and he was being kind enough to accommodate us for that night (2nd day). For the subsequent booking on 5th and 6th Night (while returning) he advised us to look for alternate accommodation which as per the manager was already informed to Indeman Travels but no action taken till we flagged this issue. Created anxious moments till alternate arrangement was made, which could very well have been avoided. In fact the hotel room at EEE CEE Hotel did not have any window and only walls on all sides. The cab driver initially was very helpful but as the tour proceeded developed different attitude. In fact we were dropped at the airport at 12 o’ clock itself for our flight at 17.05 hrs and left in a hurry after unloading the luggage on the road in departure end. Overall I had a wonderful trip. The driver sobi was a nice and very helpful guy. He helped us with everything. The travel agent delivered everything as promised, I will definitely consider him for my next South India trip

It was a great experience. Everything were well coordinated, except one place which was in the itenary was not covered. We had very good stay at Dirang, whether was very pleasant.

I Fully enjoyed the Thailand trip just because of you especially Parul and Nikita. Thankyou for all your cooperation and coordination during my trip. Everything thing was on time breakfast , cab , services all were excellent. Thankyou team of travel triangle and navigatio Asia.

Good trip arrangements by Indemen travels. Overall would recommend booking a package with them. We booked a 5 day 6 night meghalaya package. Places we visited were great and driver was helpful and ensured that he always stopped in vegetarian restaurant for lunch. Sanjeev was the coordinator from Indemen. Would suggest a better, quicker response. Felt we were chasing them after payment while before payment they were chasing us. At shillong, hotel provided for day 2 was not worth it. Sanjeev got it changed for day 5.

We customized a tour in Assam-Meghalaya through Unexplored Trip for 7D6N. We had an enjoyable time in the wild, in the nature, in the rain that Cherrapunjee is so famous for and soaking in the rich culture of Assam. About Unexplored Trip: What was done well: 1. Closing on the quote - all travel agents do this well! 2. Customizing the trip to include Double Decker, which was a top priority for us 3. Gave us very thoughtful gifts on day 1. We appreciated this more than anything else because we got to enjoy the local culture by donning a part of their local clothing What could have been better: 1. Customer Service - Closing on a customer (booking the trip) is not the end of the relationship. The agency didn't make an effort to communicate progress (hotel booking, safari booking at Kaziranga etc) and even Travel Triangle was unreachable. I had to keep following up on multiple little things and when I couldn't reach any of them for a couple of days, I almost panicked that I was conned. There was no proactive reach-out to provide critical information needed for the travel. Second, there was no check point with us once the trip started. This is not a good thing. If you want the customer to be satisfied, have a couple of check points to see how they are settling down and if anything needs to be adjusted. 2. Be upfront about how much extra all the entry fees is going to come to - No guidance on what's really worth seeing and what's not and which places have entry fee (which is all of them!). Most of the falls were a waste of money because you see them from far away, especially the Seven Sisters. As tourists, we rely on locals to give us this information so we can utilize our money effectively. 3. Some of the 3 star hotels weren't maintained well. This is not a reflection on the travel agency but I think they should consider this when booking other customers 4. Last but not least, use discretion when a customer complains about the driver - It went fine the initial few days and then we had a conflict with the driver which I expressed to the travel agent I was talking to. I had expected some discretion but because the travel agent complained immediately to the vendor and the vendor called and yelled at the driver, we had to deal with crap for the next 2 days. So, if you are going to complain to the vendor immediately, make sure you change the driver instead of letting the customer deal with it. Also, why was this driver assigned to us if other customers had already complained about him?!

The driver and Cab was very good. The cab was clean abd the dtiver was very supportive

It was a good experience to travel north-east region during summer season...the service provided by travel agent was good. The best memories for me is to trvel nathula and Gangtok..and if i get another chance, i will visit once again gangtok

*Pros:* - Quick on call support at any point - Handling with patience while tweaking the itinerary multiple times - Budget friendly planning - Customization as per requirement - e.g break journey - Provided Hotel with good locations Cons: A: No idea of exact location & impacting events on the journey dates. e.g.1 We landed to Madurai on the day of Year's biggest festival of Minakshi Temple. Impacted our schedule. e.g.2 We were first timer to Tirupati. Being Travel planner - the team should have ensured that we have proper provision for Tirupati Darshan. Rather - the team took advance from us without confirming if we have ensured darshan tickets, - and then started our struggle with surprise - as we were not able to get Darshan Tickets. Somehow, we ourselves managed to get Darshan tickets at almost 6 times actual price, which is big amount - also impacting our budget & complete itinerary. We had to hire local vendor to solve this. Don't know if it is intentional by the Travel Planner, they just ensured that advance is received then let the travelers struggle with surprises. - how can Travel planner miss such important factors. Based on our request - additional discount was added by the travel agent- as we had to suffer extra cost to manage darshan tickets. e.g.3 We landed Trivandrum on day of election, due to which couple of our major destinations were not open on that day (Being Government Properties) This was also surfaced on the day - and no one from the travel agent team could anticipate this till last moment. This could have been better managed & well informed. B: Violation in the committed itineraries. e.g. 1 We supposed to land at Madurai at 5 am, which was well informed in advance. Still we found challenge to convince the team to arrange early morning pick-up, which was denied even after pre-agreements. Thanks to WhatsApp messages as proof - it saved us. e.g. 2 Based on early landing at Madurai - we specifically asked for ensuring early check-in at Madurai Hotel. Which was to our utter surprise,- this was completely missed by the team - and they denied for this & asked use to wait from 6 am to 12 pm for Check-in. We were in state of panic. Here also - Thanks to WhatsApp messages as proof - it saved us - which was having clear mention of the agreement for this requirement. But still - Team could not full-fill the agreement - and we had to adjust with make-shift arrangement for 1st half - 2 rooms instead of committed 4 rooms. e.g. 3 At Trivandrum, the checked-in hotel refused to give us Buffet Breakfast (CP plan), which was committed. Guess - this also happens. The hotel was under renovation and smelling paint at reception - this was not even known to the travel agents - that's what they say. So, the committed buffet they converted to “à la carte” and told us that it will be delivered to room. & they were not sure of Menu. This all information was given to us after interrogating the hotel staff at Check-in. Otherwise, it was left as Morning surprise. We had to argue & fight lot - to make sure they deliver Buffet - at least in limited way at their small available cafe. We got this done with Fight and involving travel agent. C: Driver's proficiency Make sure for south journey you ask for proper Driver who atleast understands Hindi. Else it will be like under-control of bot which is having it's own agenda. Our Driver - had limited agenda as per given list - that too was not followed - or we had to enforced. We managed somehow through Hinglish and could convey what sequence to be followed and made sure it is done. D: Hotel Categories - was committed to be 3-4 star atleast. 2 out of 5 provided hotels were way below 3 star category - atleast as experience. One of the hotel was so bad that - had to click photos to share bad experience with the agent. *Summarization:* - Agent should have proper understanding of location & other impacting factors (eg. Darshan Tickets, Larger events on the day, Hotel under renovation...) - Properties To be provided with proper check (e.g below committed star ratings, Breakfast facilities...)
