Entire stay was awesome. We were unable to visit city palace at Jaipur due to some local festival. It would be great if the travel agency have such information and inform tourists in advance so that we can plan our day itenary accordingly. Rest all is good

in oral conversation with the agent, they informed us that they will provide guide to the city tour. but they dint send any guide to the city tour. the cab driver who was attended us for the city our is too bad, he just roamed in the city with a 60 km speed and completed the tour in just 60 min of drive, how can a person visualize the new area in the vehicle which is travelling in 60 km speed ?

Well Co ordinated , timely pick up drop , one suggestion city tour can be much better planned , should include local Indian temples which are the base for vibrant Singapore Loved the cruise and zoo

Our interaction with Alice from Namaste Vietnam was exceptional. She exuded warmth, proactivity, and genuine kindness throughout our journey. Alice effectively coordinated and communicated all tour and guide details, even being available at midnight for any concerns that arose. Her personal touch was evident as she made sure to meet and greet us before our departure and offered suggestions for additional places to visit when we had free time. When we encountered a flight delay in our second city, Alice swiftly adjusted our plans, demonstrating remarkable flexibility and dedication to ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Regarding accommodations, all the hotels were ideally situated, allowing us to explore the cities easily on foot. Our travel itinerary, covering three cities starting with Hanoi, then Danang, and finally Ho Chi Minh City, was meticulously planned. Each destination offered unique experiences, from exploring Ha Long Bay to visiting pagodas and marble mountains in Danang, and finally, discovering the Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong Delta in Ho Chi Minh City. The tour guides in each location were exemplary, always punctual and ensuring there was never a dull moment during our excursions. In terms of constructive feedback, it's worth noting that Vietjet Airlines consistently experiences delays, which could impact travelers' plans and schedules. Additionally, while the Cu Chi tunnels were a fascinating visit, some travelers might consider Mekong Delta as optional, as it may not align with everyone's interests. Overall, our experience with Namaste Vietnam exceeded our expectations, thanks to Alice's outstanding service and the well-planned itinerary that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and culture of Vietnam. One of the most cherished aspects of our journey was the genuine warmth of the people we encountered. Immersing ourselves in their rich history provided profound insights and appreciation. We relished the culinary delights of vegan restaurants, while the breathtaking beauty of Ha Long Bay and the serene atmosphere of My Khe Beach left lasting impressions. My recent trip to Vietnam by Indochina Aspiration Co Ltd, it was a whirlwind of enchanting experiences. From the mesmerizing landscapes of emerald-green rice paddies and limestone karsts to the tantalizing flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, every moment was filled with wonder. The start of journey was good with cab ,driver and other services however on last the we got to know that they haven't booked elephant santury for which I have taken the plan specially..all mood was spoiled as all space was full and they said we can refund you...people are not here for refund..it's not a product. It's a service....later on when I have checked other slot I asked them to book it for which I need to pay extra..and due to their mistake all city tour was done in so much rush to reach on time for elephant sanctuary in such hot days with 2 year baby in our uncomfortable cloths which we had to wear in elephant sanctuary and then need to change for Citi tour.....i appreciate that they finally booked it..but in case that show is also not available then it would have spoiled the whole trip purpose as it was the most excited thing for which we came from India. Also the cab driver on last day took us to some other place and not aware of the location which wasted so much time and doesn't know basic English..Even you do 100 things good but one single miss can spoil whole experience. I regret as I have missed another quote for same itinerary and hotel in lesser amount...in the end it was luck that we got another slot so finally we can say the trip was good. Elephant jungle sanctuary with half day tour must to do as it's a one time experience which will last forever.

We like the trip overall. Everything was executed as per planned itinerary except few things. Our last half day city tour got missed due to no confirmation of cruise booking. Which led to next day booking. Otherwise overall experience was fun and we enjoyed a lot. Specially we like santa luxury hotel. I would recommend everyone santa luxury hotel with sea view room if they are in Danang as it is in center of city and near to my khe beach and have great view. Had the memories in Amanda cruise. They have make us feel like special as we were in honeymoon.

Prompt ticket vouchers issued . Though in Singapore they don't provide any guide( will be provided only for half day of city tour and that to he is more interested in taking tourist to his own friend's shop for local shopping ) and every time new shared shuttle/bus service ......its driver may or may not inform ( which is bare minimum ask of a tourist in case of no guide )you about your drop location as some time they have different drops in the same route . Operations team assumes that you will know your self which point first to visit and to where take drop first and will always challenge your common sense .Rather a planned itinerary WITH which points to cover first would be an better solution specially in the case of Marina Sand & Gardens Way ..... We had to walk like headless chicken in heat for almost 20 mins with Kid to reach at correct point because driver didn't bothered to ask for the drop at Marina Sand . 10/10 for booking related thing . Cabs & Shared Shuttle 7.5/10.... Coordination & Guidance - 5/10

Overall 5 Stars, our Turkey trip with Lykk Travel was an incredible journey filled with unforgettable memories, and we have Ms.Priya Pathak to thank for her exceptional trip planning. Every aspect of our journey was very smoothly orchestrated, including airport transfers and city tours in Antalya, Cappadocia. From traditional kebabs to mouthwatering baklava, each meal was a culinary delight that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. Additionally, stay near the metro in Istanbul during our trip proved to be incredibly convenient and helpful. Loved the baklavas at Hafiz Mustafa. We highly recommend Lykk Travel and Priya Pathak to anyone looking for a truly superb and memorable travel experience.

I had a good experience on my Vietnam trip. Hotels were good, vegetarian food was arranged on the tours, on time pick-up an drop. Everything went smooth overall. Only the hotel location at HCM city could have been better. We had to walk a lot in warm weather to dine in Indian restaurants. Ha long bay cruise and Ba Na hills tour were amazing.
