We were assured hotels with 4 star category. But hotels in Ho Chi Minh city & Hanoi were not of this category. The room was too small at HCM. The room at Hanoi was ill equipped as far as infrastructure was concerned. The Ha Long bay Cruise was a memorable one. The Mekong Delta trip was also a good one.

the cab driver who took us for the 1 day abu dhabi city tour was extremely uncooperative and created confusion. pls always provide us with the cab driver and a separate tour guide like you did on day 2 for local dubai city tour. that was the worse part. we wasted day 3 of abu dhabi city tour

Entire trip was ok but my recommendation is Abu Dhabi City Tour doesn't have much attraction instead you can add Mosque and Farari world drive. So that passenger will be happy to visit

The trip was absolutely wonderful, with every detail thoughtfully handled. My trip planner, Nikita ji, worked closely with us to design the perfect itinerary. She recommended activities that allowed us to make the most of our time while ensuring we visited all the key attractions and had enough rest for the next day's activities. Tarun ji coordinated all the arrangements flawlessly. The cabs provided for local transport were excellent, and the drivers were always punctual, arriving at the hotel reception exactly as scheduled. A special mention goes to our Bangkok and Pattaya coordinator, Sunny ji. He not only managed our trips to Pattaya and Bangkok flawlessly but also helped us make the most of our extra time by suggesting additional places to visit. During our Pattaya visit, we were unaware of the Fire Festival, but Sunny ji not only recommended we attend but also provided clear instructions on how to get there. Honestly, the Fire Festival was a highlight of our trip and truly "Paisa Wasool." He treated us like a friend helping us explore his city and was always available on call or WhatsApp to address any questions we had. 1. Fire Festival suggested by Sunny Ji. 2. The overall trip was good apart from some bad experiences. The cab driver was really good and always punctual and took care of comfort of the passengers. Hotels were good as well except one hotel in jaisalmer where i had to change 3 rooms for multiple reason. We found a rat in first room, in 2nd room washroom there were cochroaches and in 3rd room the bedsheets and pillow were dirty as well the previous garbage bag was not cleared. It really pissed of my mind. 2nd things i wanted to talk about that the travel company which has provided cab asked for 500 rs extra just for a site visit which was not under the plan but comes on the way from jodhpur to jaipur. It was hardly a 2km diversion from the main road. And aprt from that i feel the plan could have been done little better. Because most of time went on cab travelling from 1 city to other. I felt either 1city could have been removed or there should have been 1more day added. I covered udaypur, jaisalmer, jodhpur and jaipur in 7days and 6nights. I will suggest to add one more day as 7day is not enough and you need to rush to cover places which is not a good experience. Regarding shopping do your own research because driver might suggest some places which actually might be constlier and first time travellers can easily fall under this.

We had a wonderful trip at Shimla - Manali thanks to Turn On Vacation. One of the best tour and travel agency on travel triangle. They have taken care of all the needs to make the trip memorable. Our driver Aman was excellent and extremely polite during our trip. we are returning with happy memories of this lovely city and wonderful people. We would love to visit again soon. Hi, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the itinerary for my recent trip. While I appreciate your efforts in organizing the trip, I found that the itinerary was not as well planned as expected. Firstly, the places to visit in the selected locations seemed poorly organized. Some of the destinations mentioned in the itinerary like Dam in Coorg and Sakleshpura didn't exist or may not be operational and waterfall in Sakleshpura is a private property that we cannot visit without permission. Additionally, the sequence of the places was not ideal. The travel flow felt disjointed, and there were long travel times between certain cities, which could have been optimized to make the trip more enjoyable. I hope this feedback can help improve the planning for future trips, as I believe with better organization and sequencing, the experience would have been much more seamless. Had a trip to Kerala in December'24. I visited Munnar, Alleppey and Varkala with my wife and parents. The experience was pretty good from Travel Triange agent. They provided Ertiga for commuting from one city to other as well as intracity sightseeing. The 2 night stay(Munnar Queen) in munnar was satisfying and upto the expectation. Same goes with the stay(The World Backwaters) in Alleppey. But the stay(Elixir Cliff - Villa Sasha) in Varkala was pathetic to say the least. It had no refirgerator, rooms were smelling very bad, weirdly there was no handle from outside in the balcony door, swimming pool was not maintained properly and I would not recomment this property to anyone. The driver from book it forget it was good. Overall, I had a decent trip top Kerala with my family. Thanks to Travel Triangle/book it forget it for making it seamless and memorable.

Hello, Overall, we had a wonderful trip, and we appreciate the efforts of your team. From the moment I reached out, the arrangements were made promptly, and any requested changes were incorporated smoothly. Rashi and Rishu were easily accessible both in India and Dubai, which was helpful. However, we did face a few challenges once we arrived at the destination. Traveling with two kids under the age of five, as we had mentioned earlier, required more thoughtful planning. Unfortunately, there were some gaps in the arrangements. We often lacked clear directions on what needed to be done or where to go, and since no dedicated guide is provided to assist us, more clarity on the itinerary was needed. At times few friendly drivers helped us, but most of them didn’t. The itinerary lacked clarity, which left us feeling lost and led to wasted time, especially challenging when traveling with young children. Meal planning was another area that needed attention. There was no guidance on lunch or dinner options, and on several occasions, overlapping plans left us without enough time to eat. As first-time visitors, some basic recommendations for dining locations would have been good. Sightseeing arrangements could also have been better organized. For example, the monorail starting point was incorrectly booked, and I am still awaiting the refund for that. Additionally, visiting Miracle Garden and Global Village on the same day was too exhausting given the size of both attractions. We could only spend limited time at each, which diminished the experience. The city tour also felt unnecessary, as it duplicated places we had already visited in detail, resulting in half a day wasted. While some drivers from the Rayna group were very friendly and supportive, others were not communicative or helpful. Since guides are not provided, we strongly suggest requesting the drivers to assist guests more actively. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the overall arrangements made by your team. Thank you for your efforts! Best regards!
