My Mumbai to Bali experience was awesome. I had planned this outing with my family (Better Half and Two kids) I had planned my Tour from ‘Tour Hunters’ who were supremely helpful in all cases. Right from designing my itinerary, modifying it as per my needs, sharing all checklists and at the end ensuring no trouble during outing days I also got good assistance from the TravelTriangle Agent – Muskan Goal who were helpful right from booking my Flight Tickets and planning the tour. The Hotel (M Suite Seminyak) that Agent had suggested for me was awesome. Breakfast was awesome and the management at Hotel was awesome. My Bali Agent ‘Shanti Phala Group’ ensured that the entire tour was being done as per the Itinerary planned. The driver (Wayan Jati) that they had appointed for my assistance was cool and kind in all forms. He ensured engaged communication and was always ready for all types of assistance. Considering I was travelling along with kids, I was given all types of assistance on Indian Restaurants by all above people. I am really thankful to all contributors who made my tour memorable. I wish to give this group another opportunity for my next tour.

It was a great experience to spend the vacation time with my family. Thanks much for the organizers to have a great itinerary and professional driver who took care of our needs. However, it would have been great if the organizers could have made some pro-active suggestions in few plans. For example: I had to tell them to include the ferry experience to Alibag from Mumbai as the initial plan they had made did not involve the ferry - but the on-road trip to Alibag. These small things matter.

This is my 6th trip with travel triangle and by far the worst trip ever. The cab and the driver were too old to ride. The hotels were good in shirdi and aurangabad, but the worst hotel I have ever experienced in lonavala and mumbai. The cab was very annoyingly calling the driver repeatedly 5 to 7 times a day asking him to take shortcuts in the lonely roads at the night time, which is not at all safe for a family ride. I would request you, don't ever give such bad experience in a family trip.

It was an amazing experience for all of us. Excellent trip managed by Yattri (Mr.Kasif) and team. Seamless coordination between hotels and transportation arrangements at all destinations. Very professional approach. My special regards for the drivers Salman and Rashid bhai for taking so much care of us. They added extra efforts to fulfill everything we wanted to experince during our 7 days trip. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our Varanasi-Ayodhya trip. Firstly, I would like to thank Mr. Sumit for organizing this wonderful trip to Nepal. We both Husband and wife travelled to Nepal from 18th Feb to 25th Feb 2024 and Mr. Sumit, With his meticulous planning, made this trip a truly memorable experience for us. When I discussed with him, he was quick in understanding our travel requirements and swiftly arranged for them, customized my itinerary based on my preference, which covered all the major locations, sightseeing places and activities at Nagarkot, Chitwan, Pokhara and Kathamandu and made the best use of our time. He was quick in arranging our last minute Mountain chopper ride. The hotels were excellent and family friendly. Hotel selection was awesome. The driver Mr. Rabi Thapa was with us throughout our journey, to make sure that we have a safe and enjoyable trip. He is a true professional, very courteous, punctual and respectful. He has a thorough knowledge of the surrounding places and acted as our local guide too. Our overall trip was fulfilling and enriching... Thank you Mr. Sumit and Mr. Rabi for this experience. I would highly rate Snowyoda and would recommend them to any travelers looking forward to Nepal tours. They seem very Professional and experienced in making a stress free tour to their clients. I have booked a trip to Alibaugh from Mumbai, the Travel agent Mr. Gaurav Sharma talked very politely and promised to give me a GST invoice bill but when the trip finished he gave me an excuse that Sir I will give you invoice tomorrow and day after tomorrow. Now it is one week over he is not even picking up my calls, and their customer service is also not giving a response. I recommend everyone not to make your booking with them, very bad service. They just looted me.

With his little understanding of flights (Batik Airways), Mr. Anshuman of AGA Holidays chose not to reserve any seats and when asked few days prior our flight about seats, kept on saying, "you will get seats directly at airport" when finally at airport after having a word with ticket counter guy, i told Anshuman,he gave a wrong info, then he informed me that doing so would incur a fee. Was it not his duty to at least notify the client since we had already paid so much & been asking him? Secondly, we couldn't access web check-in ( as it was just the tickets sent to us, web check-in only AGA could do) and this guy didn't realise that we could have booked seats and meals too. It's a long journey from Mumbai to KL then a hault and then KL to Bali. (and vice versa). Anshuman persisted in stating that meals are served on flights. As a travel agent, I have no idea how with wrong info he is running a business. We could have easily booked seats and meals, with his wrong information and sharing half info we had an unpleasant flight experience Third, I inquired about the hotel and whether there was access to other neighbouring hotels so that we could explore the area on foot and possibly visit other locations, again this guy assured. This specific resort was located in a remote area of Bali, far from any hotels or any nearby places. Again a wrong information by AGA holidays, Mr Anshuman The hotel, was not more than a three-star hotel, had poor meals, the accommodations were decent overall. They couldn't make a full boil egg for 20min and finally we left as it was getting late. Not the least, we found a bug in my son's breakfast plate which they apologized and then gave us a complimentary meal ( which wasn't worth, as food was horrible) Zoo, Bali swing

Reviews: Round the corner Tavels: This was one of the agents who quoted based on my initial query for Sikkim trip on Travel triangle. Initially I was not too sure of the locations to be visited so changed the itinerary a few times. While other agents kept providing me random itienaries on their own, rather than my requests, Mr. Amol from Round the Corner (RTC) frequently communicated with me to design an itinerary which was confortable and covered major locations while providing adequate rest beteen different travels. It must be noted that the hill roads and times indicated by google maps are grossly wrong - atleast in sikkim. The roads Google shows often are not motorable and times indicated are short by 2 hours. Trust the Driver and no one else. We had planned for Bagdogra-Gangtok-Lachen-Lachung-Gangtok-Pelling-Bagdogra. Just 2 weeks before our trip, there was a Dam burst in upper Sikkim and major floods. After waiting for a few days to assess the situation, He called and we decided to change the itinerary to leave out the flood affected Lachen/Lachung and added Darjeeling instead. Once the trip started, his colleague - Mr Progess Bhujel took over the coordination. He would call daily to check how we were doing, provide detailed plan for the next day, send driver details and also share tips about local attractions to see. On his own he would also arrange call to hotel at the destination city so that we could pre-order our dinner while were still in the car. This way we would have dinner ready by the time we reach the hotel, since most hotels stop taking orders by 8:30. Such care! The hotels provided by them were very good. They were no-frills hotel but the rooms and maintenance was excellent!. In Gangtok the room had a view of the entire valley. In Pelling Kanchanjunga was clearly visible from the room balcony from very close. We could see Sunrise over the peak right from our bed !, the same was the case with the hotel in Darjeeling. Excellent choice of rooms! Since we were travelling with kids he was more concerned about them getting motion sickness than were, but thanks to half tablet of 'Avomine' in the morning, neither my wife not kids had any problems. For the trip to Nathula pass, permits have to be made. He asked us to send a copy of our documents a week before the trip. So the permits were all prepared and ready when we came. So when we went to Nathula, the driver just stopped for 10 minutes at the permit office, picked up our permits and we were on our way - while we could see several other tourists and cars waiting anxiously and lining up for theirs. Good planning by RTC! I don't know if it was intentional or not, but the Drivers and cars changed with each leg of the journey. I feel this was actually good - because this way the driver was not away from his home for too long and in some cases could go to his home at night after dropping us off at the hotel. The drivers and cars provided were also very good. The roads are narrow and curvy and ofen have space for only one vehicle. The drivers were polite, very experienced and would not show any sign of road-rage/un necessary overtaking. Instead would halt some distace away from the narrow spots to allow the vehicles coming in opposite direction to pass, infact even got down to help other drivers stuck on the road. We saw this civilized driving in most divers in Sikkim - which is a stark contrast to the crazy driving in Mumbai. In one leg of our trip we had to go from Gangtok-Namchi-Ravangla-Pelling. While most of the roads in Sikkim are quite good and well mainted, The one from Ravangla to Pelling is bad and almost a big crater and landslide ridden dirt road right at the edge of the cliff. By the time we left from Ravangla it was already dark (it gets dark by 5:30 PM), but the driver was extremely skilled and drove through that road with great skill and even helped a fellow driver change his tire on the way! Hotel Reviews: Gangtok-Alpine Hill retreat. The Hotel is a simple, clean and well maintained hotel with a decent restaurant. The room provided had an excellent view of the entire Gangtok Valley. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The common areas were very aesthetically decorated and gave a feel of the Tibetian vibe. The Hotel is on a quite road a bit away from the main city center, but is still fairly well connected. Gangtok city itself is very beautiful with lots of tourist attractions. I will not list the attractions here - you can see them in other blogs. The city has well maintained roads and is very clean. Pelling - Rufina Palm Bliss: The Hotel is a simple, clean and well maintained hotel with a decent restaurant. The room provided had an excellent view of Mt. Kanchanjunga from our room balcony from very close. It seemed not more than 50-60 km from there!. We could see Sunrise over the peak right from our bed! Pelling is a tourist city full of Hotels and restaurants, still very well maintained and clean. Darjeeling - Sumitel Suites: This hotel is actually a part of mall by the same name. Its rooms, restaurant, lobby etc are spread across various floors of the mall. The Hotel is a simple, clean and well maintained hotel with a decent restaurant. The room provided had an excellent view of Mt. Kanchanjunga. Darjeeling city by itself was bit of a turn-off, possibly because we were coming from Pelling Sikkim which was gorgeous!. Darjeeling has narrow roads, excessive traffic, one way roads, haphazard construction and occasional piles of trash. The famous 'Toy train' was the biggest turn off for me. It was exhorbitant - Rs 1000 or 1500 per person depending on whether you choose Diesel or Steam engine. Frankly it doesn't matter. while inside the train you don't see the engine, and several trains travel together, so you can always take photos with steam engine of another train at the stops. Strongly recommend advance booking through IRCTC, else you may not get it at all - over the counter. The Train would surely have been excellent in olden days as it could travel along the mountain edges - BUT now there is rampant construction on either side of the railway track, so the Mountain/valley is hardly visible, there are shops almost touching the track. Sadly the Toy train experience has been reduced to a Kolkata Tram. Avoidable. We did not do the ropeway, possibly that may be better. The 'Tea garden' visit was just a 100 m walk on a trail littered with packets of eatables and some tourists taking photos in local costumes. For most other attractions, the parking is far off/ or have no parking, so one has to walk long distances - so not suitable for older parents. the attractions themselves are very good though, especially the Zoo and montaineering institute, tiger point.

My wife and I have just returned from a 10 day custom-made tourist trip to Europe and we must commend HubHoliday for perfect planning and flawless execution. The trip included Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg and Prague and all the internal travel was done by rail/bus. Prashant of HubHoliday did a great job of planning the best route, booking our train and connecting bus tickets, getting us excellent hotels and even arranging taxis to meet us at airports or station to take us to the hotels. To meet our tight budget we were booked on Brussels Airways (which we had never heard of) but Prashant assured us it was good -- and it was. Better than Lufthansa or other European carriers. An excellent and almost unknown airline now operating from Mumbai. Sightseeing, hop-on-hop-off buses, Danube river cruise, etc were included. All the hotels were very centrally located and HubHoliday took pains to get us what we wanted -- near the old city centre in each case, AND at an affordable cost. Throughout the trip we could get instantaneous (ok, 2 minutes delay) support from Prashant over WhatsApp despite time zone differences. This allowed us to change schedules, delay taxi pick-ups, etc. And Prashant never let us down. It was a great help to know that advice or problem-solving was available on WhatsApp in case of missed connections or anything. Finally, the integrity of the company is such that they insisted on refunding a few Euros I had spent on a taxi that could not be arranged (for which I was told in advance over WhatsApp that I should make my own arrangement). This trip was the best trip of my life yet. It couldn’t have been more beautifully executed. :) HubHolidays did a great job! My mom and I started our trip from Mumbai, went to Prague, Vienna, Lucern and finally to Geneva and everything went perfectly well. Kapil and Prashant made sure we boarded our trains/flights/buses/cabs on time and went out of their way to accommodate two-three spontaneous requests of mine (which was so courteous).
