We did face one issue with our assigned driver, Rakibul, who initially tried to skip several places from the itinerary. We had to raise this with Prabhat, and I really appreciate how promptly he stepped in, spoke to the driver, and ensured we were able to cover everything as planned.. Except for the driver issue, everything else was perfect. My mother absolutely loved the trip. Thank you, Prabhat, for making our Meghalaya visit so memorable!

Along with the delicious food, we really enjoyed tasting the different varieties of tea. Walking around Mall Road was memorable, with so many interesting things to see and explore. Traveling late at night in an unfamiliar city with my wife felt unsafe and stressful, especially since the roads were empty and it was around 2 AM. Eventually, he realized that the hotel was wrong, and only after that were we taken to the correct hotel. The next day, we were supposed to visit Maa Kamakhya Temple, but we discovered that no booking had been made for us, even though the package was booked on the 19th for travel starting on December 27 (an 8-day itinerary). This was very disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid. Apart from these issues, the hotels were very nice, the driver was polite and supportive, and the destinations themselves were beautiful. Another disappointing aspect was the lack of follow-up. After I paid the full amount, and even after completing the trip, I never received a single call asking about our experience, feedback, or whether anything could be improved. Overall, while some aspects were good, I did not expect these kinds of issues at this price point.

e checking out the staff didn't bother to wake up in the morning for breakfast or for the settlement. No response at all. The driver was good but he didn't guide us properly about the itinerary locations, the travel time taken. We had to constantly ask about the locations travel time and basic information. A driver should be proactively involved with the passengers in telling about the local people, their culture, their traditions if he is there for more a day with us.
