I had to ask for change in plan and change in hotels due to various reason and Priyali handled it very very well. No where we felt blocked or interrupted during our 8 day trip only because Priyali took all the load. Some were good, some were okay, and a few were not really up to the mark. That said, the cabs were generally clean and well maintained except for the one on the last day. The biggest issue was during the Baba Mandir and Tsongmo Lake visit. Even after asking us to leave early in the morning, the permits were not ready on time. It also felt like the driver did not properly consider the weather conditions while planning the trip. Another thing we felt was missing was proper tour planning or customization. The itinerary felt very standard and routine, without much effort to make the experience smoother or more curated. Overall, the trip was fine, but better coordination, more consistency in service quality, and attention to detail would have made the experience much better.
