The itinerary was perfectly planned, covering all the beautiful places in Sikkim and Darjeeling without making the journey hectic. Hotels, cab service, and sightseeing arrangements were all excellent. Another big thanks to AJAY for continuously guiding and supporting us during the trip. Whether it was route guidance, hotel check-ins, or helping us with local information, AJAY handled everything very efficiently. Because of his coordination, our journey became smooth and memorable. The driver was also very cooperative and experienced, making our travel safe and comfortable in the hilly areas. We enjoyed every destination including Gangtok, Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir, Pelling, and Darjeeling. The natural beauty and peaceful environment made this trip even more special. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we are completely satisfied with the services provided. We highly recommend this travel team to everyone planning a Sikkim and Darjeeling vacation. Some were good, some were okay, and a few were not really up to the mark. That said, the cabs were generally clean and well maintained except for the one on the last day. The biggest issue was during the Baba Mandir and Tsongmo Lake visit. Even after asking us to leave early in the morning, the permits were not ready on time. It also felt like the driver did not properly consider the weather conditions while planning the trip. Another thing we felt was missing was proper tour planning or customization. The itinerary felt very standard and routine, without much effort to make the experience smoother or more curated. Overall, the trip was fine, but better coordination, more consistency in service quality, and attention to detail would have made the experience much better.

n, and comfortable throughout the journey. Among all the stays, the best hotel was definitely Rufina Palm Bliss, Pelling — the hospitality, food, and overall experience there were excellent. The best places we visited were Zero Point, Nathula Pass, and Yumthang Valley, all of which were absolutely unforgettable. A special mention for our driver Simon (Innova Crysta - SK07Z0141), who assisted us during the Lachung part of the trip. He was extremely polite, helpful, and enthusiastic about tourism and sightseeing. He guided us properly throughout the journey and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. However, the most disappointing part of the trip was our experience with the first driver, Anil Gurung (WagonR - SK01TA2807), who was assigned to us for 5 out of the 8 days of the tour. Right from the beginning, his attitude and behavior felt unprofessional and questionable. We are a pure vegetarian family, and pure vegetarian restaurants were easily available at every location, but despite repeatedly informing him, he deliberately avoided stopping at vegetarian places because he personally preferred non-vegetarian food. He would stop only where he wanted to eat. Even when we searched for nearby pure veg restaurants ourselves and requested him to take us there, he refused. Because of this, we had to book an auto separately, spend extra money from our own pocket, and somehow manage our lunch near Bagdogra Airport on the last day. Apart from this, we were made to pay parking charges at almost every location, even though these expenses should have been managed by the driver or included in the travel arrangements. This felt very unfair and poorly managed. The worst experience happened on the day of our return flight. The driver was extremely irresponsible and not punctual at all. He went for lunch and disappeared for almost 1.5 hours. Despite repeatedly calling him, he ignored our calls and only answered the manager, “Shailendra.” Because of his careless behavior, we almost missed our flight. To make matters even worse, when he finally returned, he appeared to be drunk. This is absolutely unacceptable, unsafe, and highly unprofessional for someone responsible for tourists’ safety and travel. Sikkim itself is beautiful and memorable, and some parts of the trip were genuinely wonderful, especially our stay at Rufina Palm Bliss and the experience with driver Simon.

The car drivers arranged for local Gangtok sightseeing and from Gangtok to darjeeling travel, were very hesitant to stop for the lunch. They were in a hurry to drop us in the hotel and leave by 3:30 PM. And hence we pushed to the situation of having the lunch post 4 pm after reaching the hotel. Apart from the above the entire trip was fabulous and we had a memorable trip. Thank you Travel Triangle and Sai tours and Travels We had a lot of fun in Nathula pass and it is one of our best and memorable place we have visited so far. Thank you.

ou have to pay 500 more to taxi driver because indian railway delayed the train by 5 hours after huge discussion they refund 200 rs. Day 2- hotel rufina pinasa residency is the great hotel in Gangtok breakfast was excellent Every thing was gud in morning but as we started our trip after 30-40 min we saw the real face of driver we don't know what happened but suddenly driver turned the car in very angr one side their was mountain and one side there was river it was really very scary we were 6 adult and 3kids he didn't even think for a second before turning the car in that fast speed.. After we reached homestay lachung comfotel food was very very bad we discussed to travel agent before only for 3veg and 3non veg people choices but than also they didn't made any non veg item and items were also very bad we just tested only salt and spicy in veg dish no other flavours.. Day 3- breakfast was average but for dinner we ask them for non veg firstly they refused to make the chiken they told us that their is no chicken available in market but then we took permission form them to bring chicken and we provided them but then they completely burnt the dish we were not able to eat that so it was very bad experience in North Sikkim in terms of food. Day 4 - we had planned for nathula pass and other points but coz of weather we were not able to go there it was completely fine but they asked for 1500rs extra in advance to drop us to final destination zuluk because of route diversion zuluk homestay eco hut was very nice and food was also very good.. Day 5-zuluk - dargelling every thing was gud bt all 3 rooms provided in hotel was very small.. Day 6- dargelling - Siliguri every thing was gud and driver was very nice he explains every thing and show every point that was mentioned in tour plan.. Overall experience was not that nice that we have imagined before going in trip. We have to call travel agent almost daily for a complaint. But suman ji from bina travel is very nice and humble person she attended us every time and resolved the problems but problems comes daily and sometimes it's belond her capacity. We have booked this tour with travel traingle and we have called high authority of travel traingle to complain but till now they didn't have taken any action and never called back for follow up regarding trip
