I recently booked a vacation through unexplored travel, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and experience they provided. From the moment I contacted them, the team was incredibly helpful and attentive. They took the time to understand my preferences and tailored the trip to my exact needs. I appreciated the personalized touches by Ayushi Upadhyay ( our tour planner). She helped us to choose the route correctly, even though she helped us to change the whole itinerary before our journey date. Which was undoubtedly professional. Though it cost us little more than we expected. Overall, they provide good homestay with good views, except one hotels, which we have provided the feedback for other customers. Which I mostly like whenever we have little issues they solve with less time. With all the experience we would choose unexplored travel for our future trip. Help to change the itinerary before our journey date due to route permission. Help us to check with owner where they have some discrepancy.

All the arrangements were made by Unexplored Team and special mention Prashanth was very good. Though each and every part of North Sikkim is so beautiful But Gurudongmar Lake!! Was totally magical!!!

It was a wonderful trip. well planned by ayushi. But we couldn't travel to lachen as no driver was ready to go. But lachung was open , though we couldn't go there also. It was raining and we got scared when we saw the bridge connecting to lachung. We got scared as our driver was also not comfortable in crossing that bridge. Overall it was good.

Team is good and overall ok. ayushi handle everything good. Just need to be little proactive and always talk with vendor cab owner in advance

Only the pickup and drop was fine and we could only do the local sightseeing... The driver was not willing to take us to changu lake and baba mandir since the first day we reached there... Giving so many excuses about accident and snow sliding on road, etc etc... but after lot of request he somehow agreed. Then when we saw some ice he started to say that we can't go further despite the other vehicles going ahead of us... There is lot more to write about that driver... Let it be... The package had breakfast included but the hotel was not informed about it... After telling the agent then they added the breakfast in the package. Why we have to repeatedly ask for the service for which we have paid... Heater charge was told to us 200 per night but it was charged 500 per night. After completion of your when I informed that we could not see the main location of our package there was no reply ... I had earlier very good experience with travel triangle but this time I am very disappointed and felt like I have waisted my money.

Just finishing an amazing trip through Sikkim & Darjeeling with Unexplored Trip!! 1. Got help to arrange the customized package and multiple suggestions to decide the best accomodation. 2. We were guided during the internal travel via taxi during the entire stay for best places to visit as the timings. 3. Received proper support to discuss any issues or concerns at all the times. Overall found the trip and the agency good.

Hotels in Gangtok and Bagdogra is very good. Lachung is also good but I have a bitter experience in Lachen, first we provided a wrong hotel Klifton Crown, when we reached there they told us that your booking is on some other hotel named Klifton Creche. Food was served at 11.30 pm. In Lachung also we are given wrong information, wrong hotel name, and after waiting for 40-45 mins we provided with the number of hotel. But the hotel is good. Drivers and cabs are well, good behaved, road trip is awesome from Gangtok to Lachen to Lachung. Airport pick up and drop driver is also good.
