April 24-26- Itinerary- POSITIVE FEEDBACK The stay - Legian Paradiso - Prime location, heated pool, room service, shopping centre nearby. Travel & excursion- Super spacious vehicle & road travel was good April26-29- Itinerary- The stay- Bakung Villa, ubud - Located inside an artery road. Drivers find it difficult to locate the hotel during our check in date-26th April. Not much happening inside this sleepy village (but a PEACEFUL place). Restaurants closed by 9pm, villa kitchen close by 830pm last order. We are always in a hurry to reach Bakung stay by 7pm. Nearest market was 3.5 km away The property was not well maintained- broken door locks (repaired immediately after our complaint), unkept pools. SOMEHOW WE MANAGED The staff: at Bakung was helpful to arrange first aid quickly for my 4 YO son, we hurt himself in leg while playing POSITIVE: Expected single room villa, amazed by double bed duplex villa. 5-star for the surprise Travel & excursion- Super spacious vehicle & road travel was good.

Stay in Ubud luwih Villa was great. Travel agent "My Musafir" was flexible and supportive. Nusa Penida island driver was good. But drivers assigned for the trip were are not good except Nusa Penida driver. They are coming late. Because of that we have to squeeze our time in each sight seeing to cover as per itenary. Drivers were not cooperative and flexible. Not even stopping for lunch. They have not treated us like customers.

The entire trip was organised very well. However, what i felt was for the initial 2 days we would have stayed in ubud and later moved to kuta. Bali swing and ulludhanu temple

From our arrival at the airport, where we were warmly welcomed with garlands, to our departure, every detail of our trip was perfectly organized. When my fiance wasn’t feeling well, he made sure I had the medication and took extra care to ensure we were comfortable. The hotels they booked for us in Ubud and Kuta were fantastic, providing a perfect balance of comfort and charm. Everything was beautiful and it made our six days in Bali truly special. Bali Trip Review – Taking Break Holidays. I recently booked a Bali tour with Take a Break from Mr. Ramiz and overall it was a well-organized and enjoyable experience. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: Itinerary & Destinations The itinerary was well-planned, covering all major attractions like Uluwatu Temple, Tanah Lot, Ubud, and Nusa Penida. The tour offered a good balance of sightseeing, cultural experiences, and leisure time. Accommodation The hotels provided were clean, comfortable, and well-located. The stay in Ubud was especially beautiful at Freddies Villas. Transportation The transport arrangements were smooth, with a comfortable vehicle and a punctual driver. The private transfers made traveling hassle-free. However, on one occasion at Nusa Penida, the driver had taken to all point but with limited time to explore and was in hurray to leave us at the harbour point. We have to wait for 2 hours 30 mins approx time for the Boat. Tour Guide & Service The guide was friendly and helpful. The customer service from Taking Break Holidays was responsive and assisted us whenever needed. Activities & Experiences The trip included a mix of cultural, adventure, and relaxation activities. The visit to the GWK and the Keckka dance performance were memorable. The ATV ride trip in Ubud was fantastic. Overall Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Taking Break Holidays delivered a great Bali experience with well-curated destinations and smooth logistics. I would recommend them for a well-organized Bali tour. Would book with them again for future trips!

Had a great Honeymoon Trip planned by travel triangle team. Enjoyed a great experience throughout our trip to Bali. Especially the luxurious stay we had in Bakung Sari Resort in Kuta suggested by the team. The pleasant stay at the resort with good ambience for Honeymoon couple to enjoy the trip. Only one drawback with the stay at Ubud Bakung Sari Villa rooms are not up to the mark and where we need to change the rooms for almost 3 times due to issues with the locks. Each and every day team has planned our site seeing and unwavering comfort... Due to proper response and guidance in choosing our destination, we had a clear overview of the trip even before we started from our home. The hassle-free transportation from the airport pickup to hotel rooms and to various site seeing and back to airport drops were a cherry on top.. because the entire trip was customised based on the understanding of our requirements by the team.. The trip covered the entire Bali island and the most famous Ubud Market,Bali Swing attractions of Bali. We had the chance to enjoy both the touch of nature's pleasure in Ubud and Kuta. Booked Bali trip thru Aga Holidays Pros:- 1. On Field drivers and agents in Bali were very good 2. Hotels were nice 3. Overall trip experience was a good one. 4. Bali travel agent were super concerned polite and helpful in time of need. Cons 1. Lack of professionalism in communication. 2. After repeatedly asking for details of scuba didnt get any information on the experience 3. No response from the travel agent when in need while changing the hotel from ubud to kuta again. Had to do it on my own. 4. Wont book trip again from aga holiday ( travel triangle )

First we want to thank Travel Triangle and of course spacialy Mr Shashank Sharma (WE MUST TRAVEL) for presenting such a nice and comfortable package for two senior citizen. Though there were some issues initially which were inconvenience for us, but the tour agent and local agents have tried their best to resolve the issues. Programs were nicely set and well managed. Car and the driver (PUTU CHITRA) both were very good and well matched. We were very much comfortable because all the agents (we must travel and local) are continuously monitoring the tour. Our trip for Singapore & Bali was quite memorable one and thanks to Tour Hunters for professionally co-ordinating it without any hiccups. Right from the start our coordinator was in touch with us ensure we are on track as per the planned itinerary. They were available round the clock for any support/queries/clarifications that we encountered during our trip. Singapore trip was very well organised with comfortable hotel stay & pvt cab rides to the destinations. Even in Bali our cab driver who was with us for all 4 days was kind, well behaved and was supportive enough to cater our needs be it last minute change in the plans, finding a good Indian restaurant, helping to negotiate with the shop keepers while buying the things. The only disappointing part was our 3rd hotel - Ashoka Tree Resort Ubud. We got a sub standard room and also the experience was not so great with rooms stinking, leaking bathrooms. They were not kind enough to respond to our problems. Also, One of the main issue was hotel having problems with card machine, we had to go find an ATM at the late night and get the hard cash to settle their bills. This hotel can be avoided going forward by Tour hunters.
