We did face one issue with our assigned driver, Rakibul, who initially tried to skip several places from the itinerary. We had to raise this with Prabhat, and I really appreciate how promptly he stepped in, spoke to the driver, and ensured we were able to cover everything as planned.. Except for the driver issue, everything else was perfect. My mother absolutely loved the trip. Thank you, Prabhat, for making our Meghalaya visit so memorable! 
