I recently had the pleasure of booking my trip to Rishikesh, Haridwar, and Mussoorie with Holiday Fusion, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Our trip was planned in the last moment so we did not have option to research much and relied on the experts. Let me begin by writing the good things first: 1) The initial response was good & quick 2) Mr Sandeep the agent was polite and accommodative of our requests and modifications These were the only things that went well. Now let me share the list of things that went wrong. 1) Problem between the driver and the agent - we had no clue of what was going on between these guys. Each of them wanted to change the trip itinerary on their own way. The driver complained about the agent and the agent kept saying the driver has no clue. The nagging of the driver started right from the moment we landed at Dehradun. It was very upsetting when the driver put the mobile on speaker and agent Mr Sandeep said to the driver - "Sir handle karlo, aur jo bhi setting karni hogi hum apne beech main kar lenge." 2) Excessive Drive time - the drive from Mussoorie turned into a nightmare coz we drove 350+kms on hills in a day, which by no means is safe and recommended. We could have taken a halt. When I said this to the Agent Mr Sandeep, the first response was, "You should have started late". He said that without even asking what time did we start. We got stuck in the land-slide and the agent instead of supporting during the panic situation, stopped responding and then when responded it was rude and ruthless. He had no clue of the drive and the location, he kept saying I have 5 years experience and the driver kept saying I have 25 years experience. We were stranded for long . We tried calling travel-triangle guys as well and had no response from them either. 3) After all this, for rest of the days we decided to ignore both the agent and the driver and enjoy the trip but the worse was yet to come. We had asked for a camp site next to the river at Rishikesh and we were given some unsafe place in some remote village near Rishikesh. It was called adventure camp and nothing other than reaching their was adventure. The first sight we saw was a bunch of men sitting and drinking. The camp was in remote village with no place to go. We literally had to beg for food which was part of the package. The food arrived late and the guys at the camp kept drinking all night. This clearly shows that the agent does not have any understanding of what does a camp sight mean. We missed the whole experience of sitting next to river at the bourne fire. This was the most disappointing experience. I was with my wife and we could hear these drunk men screaming all night. 4. Lies of the agent - Mr Sandeep said, other hotels were not available while almost every hotel we tried to check had enough rooms. This was a outright lie by the agent. The cost of the trip was way to higher than the kind of hotels and service that we received. To save few bugs they booked us in simple hotels. I would never recommend travel triangle and neither 1point 5billion inches.

My Uttarakhand trip of 6 days planned by 1 point 5 billion inches was very good except few concerns which I expect that travel agent should consider while planing any trip for better clarity and understating to make the experience excellent. 1. The agent had mentioned that the driver will be guide come driver but he was new to the route and I was expecting an experienced driver on that route so that timelines will not impact. 2. Hotels were not up to the mark. I was expecting them to be nearest to the city as promised by agent but for Mussoorie it was 10km away from city center. 3. Trip planing was a bit poor as per distance and estimation of time. 4. Agent has mentioned some of the activities in the package which are not possible during our trip, it was confusing. You should include only those activities which are possible during that period of travel. For example, Skiing in Auli in month of May.

The best memory of my trip is Auli ,such a nice place it is ,hotel was too good and ambience also .And the worst memory is Mussoorie's hotel ,that was not upto the expectations .Instead of following itinerary driver was asking us to tell him the places to visit ,and also our trip was not properly planned at all ,most of my time was spent in travelling in car. .MUSSOORIE HOTEL WAS NOT UPTO MARK .DRIVER ISSUE ,TRAVEL TIME WAS TOO MUCH

The cab was in very bad condition. The driver behaviour was very bad, he was so lazy, he was trying to skip the place. Mussoorie was in minus temperature, the door of car was broken and heater was not working.We asked agent and driver but nothing was done, we had to suffer with that cab only.

Wonderful experience by the travel agent. I went Mussoorie and Rishikesh for honeymoon and the services provided by the travel agent were excellent. Special thanks to Mehek for customising my package and assisting with all the bookings and travel.

Itinerary was very nicely planned. Cab provided was in good condition. Driver was very co-operative and showed us the places we wanted. Hotel view from Mussoorie was very good, but food was average. Overall, very good experience with Navicrow Holidays

Had amazing travel experience.. Good cab and driver service...travel agent was prompt in resolving queries and concerns..little disappointed with hotel in mussoorie which was bit unhygenic, wifi, mobile phone and intercom all three were not working..had difficulties with connecting people.. Jungle Safari experience was simply wonderful..was given Bijrani zone..greatful to have seen Tiger and that too twice.. Couldn't have expected anything more.. Hotels in Jim Corbett and Nainital were exceptional..friendly staff, services were prompt, food was unmatchable..never had such delicious food earlier on any trip...driver was polite, knowledgable..never felt unsafe.. overall very much happy with experience..

Recently booked Mussoorie-Haridwar-JimCorbett-Nainital trip. Komal was very helpful throughout the booking process and during the trip. The hotels chosen in most of the locations were good. Hotel in Haridwar, Jim Corbett, Nainital were in good location and clean with good staff. The taxi alloted was very good and driver was very friendly and made the journey smooth. I want to thank Komal and team for making this trip smooth from start to end.

Hotel in harsil was average. Hotel near Mussoorie and rishikesh were good. Driver is expert in the field. Gangotri registration not done but can be situational as server was not working Hot water spring in Gangnani.
