The arrangements made and places suggested were great. The only major problem was a lock of communication between the agency towards us. The transport guys lacked communication and as tourists we weren't given clear instructions and appropriate help to guide our way through the locations. The time discussed for travels was also different which gave us less time in the locations. The hotel was very good and the drivers were quite friendly.

Fix your app. Most of the things were dealt by agent. Not sure what TT does it.

We visited Kuala Lumpur and genting with Kushark holidays in first week of October. We were a group of 12 which included 4 senior citizens and 3 children. Hence, we wanted a smooth trip for us. Sagar ensured that, he provided comfortable cabs, enough time to explore places, we were not rushed anywhere which made our experience memorable. We booked 7 days and 6 nights Malaysia tour through Kushark Holidays. Travel and activities. Overall it was well arranged trip thanks to Sagar. He is always there whatever might be the day and time. Response is excellent. I would definitely recommend them for anyone going to Malaysia. Thanks to Sagar Sonker and Kushark Holidays. One small feedback is that it would be good to have some flexibility in car pickup timings while in the country.

I recently went on a vacation to Malaysia through Kushark Holidays and I had a good experience during my stay in Malaysia. I just had an idea to go to Malaysia and Sagar helped in making best out of the trip by suggesting go visit Langkawi and KL with 4 nights and 5 days. The trip planning was wrong, the itinerary given to the cab and agency in Bali was wrong. Our 1 day got wasted. Cab driver was not well informed

Hi Team Had booked through TT as I had seamless experience in past, couple of poor experiences I had to face this time: 1. The first hotel Andakira, room given was very bad, although I had booked city view room, but got a backyard view room. 2. Airport pickup was delayed and we had to wait around half an hour outside airport 3. On one of the days we were not able to go to the 7 island tour as my wife was pregnant and team suggested not to go, I was compensated with avery poor 1.5 hour Krabi City Tour.

When we inquire for any destination please tell us the best places surrounding to that country . Easy my trip.com & budget my trip agents covered 105000 for 2 person with Singapore,Malaysia & Lakshavi island. Overall it was good . Now my September goal is to go to Spain for 12 days if you can budget my trip with activities it will be good . Best place was Universal studio where we got very less time . Flyer was excellent But couldn’t visit Marina bay sands hotel view very disappointed.

Our Bali trip for 7 days was a comfortable trip with Tour Hunters .It was a lot of fun- the driver was very good and sites choses were right on spot. The only thing of caution- plz book your own flight so you know what airlines you book and no surprises... Vietjet was awful in terms of service for sure!! i had to struggle with checkin and seat booking and i was not told about airlines till it was booked. Also i wish we did Ubud first and then kuta as returning from ubud to airport was a long trip and we hardly got any time left to go to lounge , eat and do any last minute shopping at the airport. it was such a touch and go from ubud to airport. Someone needed to have thought through this better!! Good points were- Ubud stay , currency support given , hotel booked .

Hello, I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Tour Hunters. The executives are truly professionals who handle customers with great politeness and care. They made us feel like family, guiding us every step of the way throughout our trip. One aspect I especially want to highlight is that they created a Whatsapp group and included their entire team, which was a game-changer. Anytime I had doubts or needed assistance, I could reach out, and they responded like friends—helping with any queries promptly and making sure we were comfortable at all times. The hotels they arranged were excellent, and the drivers were extremely polite and warm-hearted—truly like brothers to us. Their support and kindness made our trip even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Tour Hunters to all my friends and family. When you plan your trip with them, you don’t have to worry about anything. They take care of everything with utmost professionalism.

The overall experience was just about okay — not terrible, but definitely not what was promised or expected. While the itinerary was planned in advance, the car provided was far from luxury, despite prior assurance, and felt more like a basic taxi. The driver was polite but mostly functioning as a pick-and-drop resource, without any flexibility if we had to go somewhere else. Although he was very polite and very punctual. One of the most disappointing moments came on our last day, when we were headed to the airport for our return flight and the assigned cab had a flat tire. We had to urgently book another cab on our own to avoid missing our flight — something that should never happen with a managed tour. We were also told we would be added to a WhatsApp group before the trip for coordination, but no such group was ever created. On the day we visited Nusa Penida, we waited over an hour at the port without being able to reach any agent — in India, in Bali, or the driver. That part of the experience felt very poorly managed and left us feeling stranded. In summary, it was a 3-star experience — some things worked as per plan, but the service lacked warmth, flexibility, and responsiveness. With a few improvements in communication, car quality, and on-ground support, the experience could be significantly better.

Everything was great only issues with accommodations and breakfast in villa stay.rest everything was perfect

The experience has been positive. However, I recommend a revised itinerary to ensure all planned locations are visited. Time constraints necessitated the omission of three locations. Best part is Bali swing, Handara Gate and Bird's park.
