Mr Anand and Dipum planned our trip considering my needs as I wanted to explore new places this time. Overall itenary was well designed and memorable. All hotels booked by Jeremy travels were good except Hotel Lachung Pride. Our driver Mr Pasang has been a gem of a person. Great driving skills in difficult terrain, snow etc. Very humble and polite gentleman. I would certainly recommend Jeremy Travels to all who wish to visit Sikkim. we had a major issue with Pandawa Beach Resort. It was nothing like the online reviews—there was virtually no staff, no functioning kitchen, zero hygiene, and no food available. I really wish we had asked Ramiz to change this hotel for us as well. Additionally, while our driver was excellent and very professional, the car provided wasn't very comfortable. Good service from the agency, but definitely avoid that specific resort!

Although we didn’t face any issues at all, it was reassuring to know that full support was just a call away. I had connected with multiple travel agents while planning this trip, and I’ve even visited Bali before but this experience was on another level. The trip was simply amazing, excellent, and beyond expectations words honestly fall short. One of the best parts is that this wasn’t a “pay and forget” kind of service. The support and dedication continued throughout the trip, which is rare to find. I’ve personally saved his contact and will definitely reach out again for future travel plans. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless and memorable travel experience! Wonderful trip
