Even during tour Mr Gurjeet was prompt in service and updates. Due to cloudy weather we missed out on aurora lights view. They helped secure another booking next day on a short notice. Our entire tour was well planned and there were no hiccups. They are good at that.
Only suggestion would be, visa processing staff can be little more proactive.

My trip was a bit complicated with many rectifications and changes.
The best part is Priyanka of the trip she was so kind , patient any time i requested for a change she did .

entire trip even on the trip when I had a few hassles she intervened and sorted them out and also ensured that my future places did not have the similar issue.
