We were short of time to plan this trip. Hence chose Travel Triangle for assistance. Kingdom of holidays, a trusted agency with Travel Triangle came to the rescue especially Mr. Rishi. He goes the extra mile to customize the itenary and cater to any special requests too. He took extra care to ensure that we had a pleasant experience throughout. The pickup and drop to and from airports and for all sightseeing and tours were well cordinated and organized. Hotel selection was good considering the fact that we were Indian tourists. Took a package where almost all sight seeing and tours were included; Coral Island tour, Safari Park, Dreamland, Art museum, Cruise, etc. All in all excellent package and pleasant experience. All thanks to Rishi and team. I highly recommend booking trips with him.

Hotels which were proposed by me were provided as desired and the itinery was well planned. But issue was in establishing communication with assigned coordinators There was never a pre-communication and I had to make the contact thru calls and whats app. when i approached airport for complete 2 hours I was running here and there but the coordinator lady was not available.

Best selected hotels, my family enjoyed a lot staying there. The vehicles are good, quick responsive Breakbag team lead by Aditi. Thanks for giving us lifetime memories of Thailand trip. Thanks to Travel triangle team, Miss Indrani, who has contributed a lot in making my trip plan as good as possible. She has handled all my requests with assertiveness.

The kind of seamless experience we received was phenomenal. All the arrangements were perfect right from the airport pick up. Local as well as Indian tour representatives were always available for trouble shooting. No bad surprises at all. The tour operator is quite flexible and considerate with client requirements. All the request he addresses properly with necessary explanations. The expenses were quite reasonable if compared with regular giant tour companies. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience. Would definitely like to travel in future with this company. I highly recommend this tour company name for Thailand your . Just one suggestion please provide Indian breakfast at hotels . As we really disappointed there should b more options for breakfast (Indian food)

Travel triangle agent did not do the booking and post sales agent had no idea about activities, tinings, etc. Till last mins things were not confirmed. There was no WhatsApp group created as was told to me.

The pick up from the airport or the hotel and back to the airport was absolutely on point and brilliant, couldn't have been better. The only disappointing thing was that we went for these activities related to water or the beach there was no prior information that it's going to be that costly, I almost paid the same amount of money that I paid for the trip for the activities spent their. Picking out the right spots for a vacation is a very daunting and challenging task. As a tourist, we have limited knowledge of the places. Tat was an awesome experience for us. Best place is safari world and the coral island trips are very gud enjoyed a lot. The guide and the drivers are on time but the check in time makes us feel lightly uncomfortable if u change tat it would be better for the people for refresh. Other than that it was an awesome experience enjoyed a lot and lot.

To start with, I booked 9N/10D (2N Phuket, 2N Karabi 3N Pattaya, and 3N Bangkok) trip with KINGDOM OF HOLIDAYS. I was engaged with Rohit to plan the overall itinerary and at the initial level, he helped me a lot and cleared all my doubts. I booked my tickets by myself. The below hotels were planned for my trip and I would give the following rating, 1 - Phuket [SUNSET BEACH RESORT ] - Rating 4 out of 5 - Like- The property is good. Dislike - Far away from main attractions i.e. Patong Beach and Bangla Street required tuk tuk which cost you approx 300 BHT. No extra bed was added as per the package and which requires a call to either Thailand or India team to make it work. This takes our 30 mins to 1 hr there is a gap between India and Thailand teams. 2 - Karabi - [ANANTA BURIN RESORT] Rating 4 out of 5 Like- Nice property with 2 swimming pools 1 with the slide-like water park kids liked too much. Dislike - Far away from the main attraction i.e. No extra bed was added as per the package and then required a call to either Thailand or India team to make it work this take approx 1 hr then the Thailand team ask us to make the payment and then they would refund us or ask us to send the QR code for making the payment which was more frustrating that why they can't manage this own asking us which was not our part to do in the trip. as it was clearly mentioned in the package they need to fulfill it. 3 Pattaya - [IBIS PATTAYA] Rating 3 out of 5 Like - Good for the Family. Dislike - Far away from the main attraction i.e. walking street. Disappointed with this property selection. The same problem for the extra bed faced here again to call the agent and try to make whatever was possible which take here more than 1 hr after all they said to make the payment now and then they will refund. 4 Bangkok - [ASPEN SUITES] Rating 3 out of 5 Like- Property is good. our itinerary, transfer from Pattaya to Bangkok was planned with Bangkok en route city tour. To save money they ask to check in first to the hotel so they can provide only 1 cab instead of 2. We have 3 places in the city tour 1 Gems Gallery 2 Golden Buddha 3 Marble Temple cab driver is saying the temple is closed he doesn't want to take us there we force him to take us there we found the temple is open. when I escalated this to Rohit he was shouting at us and informed me that we are late but the issue is first of all they have written rooms with extra beds which MUST be there due to this we have wasted more than 1.5 hrs to clear the things at hotel. The package included English speaking driver but in none of the transfers we got English speaking driver. Even the driver doesn't know how to use Google Maps. Map showed us to go left not to take the bridge driver take the bridge and which cost our time from like 7 min to 18 min and updating to Thailand team they are saying we are at fault not the transportation person. Even when connected to Rohit he also makes his voice loud and saying not correct words. I must say co-ordinator Rohit was very good/helpful and coordinated the trip very well. But he had limitations Thailand team might not listen to him.

Other than connect me to travel agents , there was absolutely no input from travel triangle. Mr Jayant was never reachable. Multiple escalation to customer helpdesk gave no results and no counsellor assignment from travel traingle. We are thankful to Clipago for all the guidance and making our trip memorable

It was wonderful Trip to thailand ,thanks to Ms Manisha Mathur for Planning will all the minute details and keeping Everything in place. She planned it keeping my Infant's childs need on top priority that meant Personal Cab whenever required. Would love to plant Future trips with them.

The trip was awsome and it was nicely arranged by aroun d world. the travel agent shubham and saksham really did their job perfect and cordinating with me all the time and sending all the details. i am seriously looking forward to go another trip with aroun d world.

Pattaya - just fallen in love with the city. Alcazar Show was awesome. Coral Island- once in a life time experience. Thrilling Para sailing and underwater adventure!! Simply mesmerising- had videos and photos too!! Very hospitable and cooperating guides althrough. FX Hotel - just loved the stay there. Art in paradise - one of a kind, in 3D version. Took lot of marvellous pictures trying to capture Pattaya and Bangkok in a nutshell besides beholding nature’s beauty and unique creations through our mortal eyes!! Temples were beautiful and open Safari was simply mind blowing beyond words!! A very pleasant and memorable and happening trip !! Tons of heartfelt thanks from me and my family to Travel Triangle Team, Gurpreet in particular and the local team for their endless support and love.
