Why I even took a snap of a cockroach :) My suggestion for other travellers if you are staying two nights in Port Blair stay is a bigger hotel with a balcony to relax and closer to the market side. Summarizing the goods and bads for ready reference below:- Good:- -Both properties "Fortune Island Bay" and "Seashell" were fabulous and we were lucky to have chosen these as our suggestion. -Cab drivers were polite and cooperative while being punctual. Bads:- - The agent "Ashutosh Chourasia" with all due respect is the most confused, impolite and inconsiderate person ever. Pre-planning observed major delays in responsiveness and correct information regarding the itinerary. Also, the communications were quite impolite. In a normal course of commercial negotiation writing statements like "Budget 3 star ka hai and chahiye 5 star" is absolutely unprofessional and has a degrading impact on TT's reputation. - When suggestions were solicited pertaining to places to visit, Neil & Ross Island that happen to be one of the most eye soothing destinations were not even mentioned and we realized the same post arrival at Havelock. There was a major misguidance and repeated mis-interpretation of facts. Few e.g.s below 1) One whole day was wasted as check out from Seashell Havelock was at 10:00 AM and ferry was booked for 3:30 PM and we were supposed to be sitting idle on the roads till then. No information was sent despite multiple follow ups from our end. For quite sometime we were constantly told that cruize time has been rescheduled to 10:00 AM which was an absolutely false fursnished fact. In case that much effort was to be put in, I would have rather aligned things on my own instead of contacting a travel planner. 2) Visit to Elephant beach with a complimentary 15 min snorkeling was a part of package without being aware of the fact that the beach is shut from last 2 months. Same beach "Radhanagar" had to be visited again. 3) When asked for check out to be extended till 12:00 (mere 2 hours) as cruize was not shceduled properly and following up multiple times, we were misguided that it has been done. The housekeeping guy from the resort was standing on our heads to check out. I appreciate the fact that a complimentary lunch was extended to cover this mess up which in turn also happened post escalation to the line manager (Nakul) who eventually helped. However, this took a toll of approximately 2 hours which was a shear waste of time on such a short trip. Closing this with a major doubt of reconsidering the services for upcoming trips! Thanks!

table 5-day trip to Andaman!!! Thanks to Andaman Ecstasy – all arrangements were as promised. Big thanks Muthu for being available prior to the trip and also throughout the trip. Meeting the expectations of a group of 30 is not easy but this agency made it possible. They took care of everything during the trip. Every site we visited gave us more than we ever hoped. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and for a wonderful lifetime memory!
