We had a great trip to Kerala. The hotels had been booked properly. The hotels were nice in general. The Kochi hotel could do with some minor but very important maintenance. Gave us the feeling ...
that it is mostly unoccupied. Alleppy UDS was really nice. UDS hotels in Trivandrum and Kovlam were also nice even though the Kovlam hotel rooms were of lower than expected category. Buying the entrance tickets for most places were a somewhat painful experience because of long queues despite paying high or fast queue prices. 4 hour Houseboat experience in Alleppy was a bit disappointing . It was probably much better than a full day houseboat experience. I believe a Shikara boat for a few hours could have been a better experience. The Travel agent did not book the Pariyar Tiger Reserve tickets for boat ride in advance as per the deal. Finally we decided to give it a miss. The agent did however offer us the refund of the cost for that. Munnar gave us a real hill station feeling. The Aranyaka resort was very nice. Our room had great views. We could have spent some more days there.

It was my first visit to kerela and after research I chose to go with 7C Destination. The whole trip went smooth and the driver was very kind. He very well took care of our requirements and took ...
us to all the points and gave us enough time to enjoy and rejuvenate at different points. My agent Ranjith kept in touch all the times right from planning my itinerary to accomodating my adhoc requests and was very prompt at replying. Me and my wife are very happy with our trip to Kerela. It was a wholesome experience in the God's own country. Allepey house boat was a much delightful experience and unique in its own way. I will remember this experience for the rest of my life. It's a must do for all visiting kerela

Our 4 day tour of Kerala was pretty good. The tour is very prepackaged with the driver taking you to the sites he thinks you’ll want to see (the same ones everyone else is sent to see) so it does...
n’t suit individuals looking to get off the beaten track. For example, we stopped at the same waterfalls as everyone else, went to the same tea museum and national park as everyone else and were scheduled to go to the same dam as everyone else (we opted out). There is no asking you what you want to do or getting to know your preferences; you are treated as just another uneducated tourist to fleece. Our driver was courteous but initially used his phone a lot while driving (videos, talking and texting) but stopped after I asked him to. Our private Alleppey houseboat was clean and beautiful but the cruising part itself was disappointing. We were only underway for a total of 3 hours out of our 20+ hours on board, meaning we were docked for 15 hours, tied up to shore. You get dropped off at the boat, cruise for 30 minutes to a small shop downriver, get the hard sell on some prawns (2000 rupees a kilo), cruise for 30 more minutes, tie up at shore, eat lunch (very tasty), crew naps, after 1.5 hours stopped, you start to cruise onto the main body of the lake, cruise for 2 hours in what is ultimately a loop and return to the exact place you boarded the boat. You tie up and sit there until 9 am the next morning, despite our itinerary clearly saying we were to cruise from 8-9 am. The boat is cool but, again, you feel like you’re getting cheated out of the 5 hours of cruising you are promised. Also, when you see 50 other boats right next to you doing the exact same thing, it takes away from the experience. Being docked on shore for the vast majority of the trip, you wonder what’s the point of getting a houseboat? Hotels in the area are much cheaper and with a day cruise, you would get to see the same things we saw. The company rep did not often respond to my messages during the trip, instead choosing to ignore rather than help solve issues. Overall, Travel unbounded isn’t bad but they aren’t great either; you leave with a lackluster vacation experience.

The entire trip is smooth and the driver is friendly with us. The hotel at Munnar is very good at nice locality and ambience. The hotel at Thekkady is the worst one, did not offer complimentary ...
breakfast and dinner, and the facilities are not good. It is more like a lodge and does not deserve to be a 3-star hotel. The houseboat at Alleppey is the best of all the experiences we had. Houseboat at Alleppey and the morning jeep safari at Munnar are the best memories of the trip.

Good Experience. The only problem was the cab given. It was a below average vehicle that was provided with many things not working.

ience we got in our final day stay at Kovalam in Ocean Bay Ayurvedic Ressort. No vehicle parking system was there. No direct road was there. We had to walk from our cab to the hotel for around 200mtr in heavy rain. At wood resort At Munnar was good. Pagoda Ressort at Thekkedy was the best hotel of our stay. And it actually was. The driver was good too.

This was my second trip booked with TravelTriangle. The vendors on TT provides quotes in quick time, provided details and helped book. All good. We had last minute hotel change due to issues at ...
the hotel end, still this spoilt our experience to some extent. The site seeing, hotels, cab etc. were as per the plan offered. The driver did choose some site-seeing spots and skipped some based on his convenience. Overall, the trip was value for money, we enjoyed our 5-day visit to Kerala.

We had a last minute planning to Kerala trip and accidently we encountered TravelTriangle through which we got the best quote and clear communication while choosing the travel agency of Banjara....
We booked a 5days 4 nights trip from Kochi to Kochi with them. Starting from Munnar, Thekkady, Allepey for houseboat and then last day Kochi. Banjara Travel's agent Rehjal was honest in his communication and checked with us from time to time for any hiccups in the journey. Though one of the stays rather homestays in Thekkady -> CurlyWoods was just okayish. Cab driver assigned by them was good which made our trip memorable, because he's the person who was there with us on all 5 days.

We had an amazing Kerala trip, thanks to Renjith from 7C Destinations and Gaurav from Travel Triangle, who helped us plan everything perfectly. They were always available and made sure the trip w...
ent smoothly from start to finish. Our driver, Anwar Bhai, picked us up on time from Kochi Railway Station and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the trip. He took us to the best hotels at each location, and the food in Kerala was great! Although vegetarian options were a bit limited, the non-vegetarian dishes were delicious. Munnar was beautiful with its breathtaking landscapes and amazing views. One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the Wonder Valley Adventure Park. It was totally worth it, and I would have regretted missing this part of the trip! Big thanks to my friend Nikita, who wanted to try the adventure activities—it was an unforgettable experience. We also visited the Mocha Chocolate Factory, where we tasted different kinds of chocolates with nuts and flavors. I recommend buying Kerala-style coconut-fried banana chips and Badam Halwa as gifts. Keychains and sandalwood soaps also make great souvenirs. In Thekkady, we visited the Periyar Tiger Reserve, but it wasn’t as exciting as we expected. There were mostly monkeys, and on the boat ride, we only spotted a few deer and some common animals. If you’re interested in Ayurvedic medicines, make sure to do some research because they can be expensive and only buy them if you really need them. Our hotel stays were comfortable, and we visited many beautiful places, with Munnar being a highlight. If you're into wildlife, I suggest skipping the Periyar boat ride and visiting the Kovalam Zoo instead, which is a much better experience. We also visited the Padmanabhaswamy Temple and Azhimala Temple, which are great places to find peace and calm. The Jatayu Earth Center ropeway was another memorable experience—be sure to visit before noon to avoid the afternoon heat. Our trip ended with the beautiful Kovalam Beach, which was the perfect way to wrap up our adventure. I highly recommend this Kerala trip to everyone. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience you should definitely try!
