mobile phone and intercom all three were not working..had difficulties with connecting people.. Jungle Safari experience was simply wonderful..was given Bijrani zone..greatful to have seen Tiger and that too twice.. Couldn't have expected anything more.. Hotels in Jim Corbett and Nainital were exceptional..friendly staff, services were prompt, food was unmatchable..never had such delicious food earlier on any trip...driver was polite, knowledgable..never felt unsafe.. overall very much happy with experience..

The quality of food across all hotels was satisfactory; however, an increased variety of options would enhance the dining experience. 5. The chauffeur demonstrated commendable skills, yet he appeared somewhat discontent with the management, which created a slight discomfort during our travels; nonetheless, there were no personal grievances with him. 6. The vehicle provided was spacious and comfortable, contributing positively to our overall experience.

the trip. I went to Nainital, Kasauni, Saraikhet and Jim Corbett from Delhi. Firstly, Navicrow formed a WhatsApp group to assist me which I felt was very reassuring. All the initial hiccups were amicably sorted, especially with the cab, which turned out to be a bit of a surprise. Navicrow managed it well, but the driver and car that they sent were outstanding. Hotels-wise, I was extremely delighted with the choices provided in Kasauni and Saraikhet. There were not many choices in Nainital. But it could have been a lot better in Jim Corbett. Thanks to Navicrow for arranging a great trip. Wish them well.

He guided us correctly, he kept checking on us if we were comfortable or needed anything. And also had fun with us like a friend. Highly recommend Tarun for every trip planned by mountain heavens.

nience,in one hotel it was in first floor no lift,in danalauti hot water was not available,hot water must be available from morning 6 to 8 am,many places we are waiting for hot water .2.cab driver was good, vehicle was very old and tyres are very bad condition two times tyres failed on the way,Driver was efficient,3.service of travel agent was very good,it is very genuine feed back for all ends for senior citizens,If these issues are taken care majority of customers are prepared to pay more in many times,pl inform all your travel agents and they can increase their budget little bit but ultimately competitiveness,and they have to balance it in all sides Driver was good,travel agent was very cooperative
