Malaysia Experience: Our road trip from Singapore to Malaysia was disappointing. The bus was uncomfortable, leading to body aches and fever upon arrival at KL Berjaya bus station. To make matters worse, we were stranded for nearly 90 minutes without a cab, and the agent at malaysia was unresponsive. We had to arrange transportation to the hotel at our own expense. Additionally, we were initially informed that KL Tower tickets were included in the itinerary. However, the agent later charged us around ₹7,000, claiming there was a fee change from December 1st. Upon verifying online and at the ticket desk, the ticket prices were significantly lower (₹1,718 for adults and ₹1,012 for children). While we enjoyed parts of the trip, particularly in Singapore, the overall experience was marred by poor communication, discrepancies in the itinerary, and subpar arrangements in Malaysia. Improvements in transparency and coordination are essential for future travelers.
