Harpreet from ALS destinations, displayed unprofessionalism, arrogance, and a complete lack of accountability throughout the trip, which ruined what was supposed to be a memorable holiday for my family. It was evident that these problems arose because we refused to pay the extra amount they demanded and sought Travel Triangle’s intervention(where you helped us with atmost sincerity), which they were displeased about. We had already faced several issues during the booking process with Pooja—she demanded extra money, included Bali Bird Park instead of the zoo we had specifically requested (insisting that it was the same), and when we asked for entrance tickets with transfers, she committed without clarifying that the transfer meant hotel-to-bird-park transport. Since we already had a private car for the day, the additional transfer was unnecessary, but this was never mentioned. Below, I have outlined the key issues we faced during the trip: 1. Arrogant and Unhelpful Behavior From the very beginning, Harpreet’s responses were dismissive. Every time we approached him for help, his reply was either “I can’t do anything about it” or “talk to the supplier directly.” On arrival at Bali airport, there was no pickup arranged. When I called him, his exact words were: “Take a cab and go to the hotel. Bali is safer than India, and cabs operate like at any airport. What’s the big deal?” This was shocking and unacceptable. If we had to manage everything ourselves, what was the point of booking through an agent? We were forced to arrange a cab on our own in a foreign country with a child, which was stressful and unsafe. False and Misleading Itinerary 2. The itinerary shared included several attractions, but not even half were covered. The driver himself mentioned that the plan made by the agent was unrealistic and impossible to execute, which proves that false promises were made to secure the booking. Day Completely Ruined Due to Negligence 3. On one day, we were told that due to rain, the driver’s vehicle was “stuck in water,” and we had to either extend our stay at our own cost or arrange our own cab to travel from Kuta to Ubud.. While other tourists continued with their tours that day, we were left stranded with our 3-year-old child until evening in hotel loby. Eventually, with the help of hotel staff, we had to again take a cab at our own expense. To make matters worse, Harpreet told me I was “disturbing” him as he was in Canada. This complete disregard for a customer’s situation is shocking. Missed Attractions Due to Mismanagement. However, the supplier realized the mistake and paid our cab expense but Harpreet was utterly arrogant, denying both arranging a different cab or providing reimbursement. Moreover, on the same day, We had separately paid for Bali Bird Park (tickets and transfers). However, the vouchers were never provided. We would have covered the bird park even without their stuck driver as we had paid separately for transfers here. As a result, we missed both the Bali Bird Park and the Uluwatu tour that day, causing further frustration, financial loss, and disappointment. At last, we requested supplier to cover bird park on the last day which we did however Harpreet did not help here too. Overall, it was evident that instead of supporting us, the agent deliberately created hurdles at every step. His arrogant replies show his complete lack of professionalism and care for customers. This was not just a matter of poor service or loss of money—it was a breach of trust, a safety concern, and mental harassment for my family on an international trip. I trusted Travel Triangle with my holiday, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I hope you will treat this with the seriousness it deserves and no other customer is affected like this. Also, i trusted them by their rating which appears to be completely fake now. I will provide a proper review and request you to post it without hesitation so that others are saved.

What’s the big deal?” — shocking arrogance and zero accountability. Why would we need an agent then? 3. False Itinerary Promises: They created an impossible plan with many attractions to close the deal, but not even half were covered. Even the driver admitted the plan was unrealistically "crazy" and misleading. 4. Negligence During the Trip: One day, they abandoned us, saying the driver was “stuck somewhere in water due to rain” and we should arrange our own cab at our own cost. Other tourists continued their tours that day, but we were left stranded. Harpreet even said: “I’m in Canada trip, your back to back calling is troubling” when we called for help. 5. Booking Mismanagement by Pooja: She demanded extra money at booking. Included Bali Bird Park instead of the Zoo we asked for, claiming it was the same. No clarity on bookings requested like she promised entrance + transfers for bird park which we asked, but didn’t clarify that the transfer was just hotel-to-park (pointless since we already had a private car and need not pay again). Instead of helping us, the agent deliberately created problems and gave arrogant, dismissive replies. This was not just bad service—it was harassment and a ruined holiday.
