I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency and TravelTriangle for international travel, as the coordination and service quality were far below acceptable standards. The actual experience deserves 1 star or less. I had a terrible time with Holidays Paradise Tour and Travel through TravelTriangle. From mismanaged itineraries to unresponsive support and unmet promises, nothing went as planned. This review is only visible because I had to rate it 5 stars — don’t be misled by the rating, read the review carefully before booking.

The local support in Dubai was almost nonexistent, and I felt completely left on my own without any reliable help. Activities were rushed, poorly organized, and lacked the professionalism I expected for the price I paid. Overall, this trip turned into a stressful experience rather than an enjoyable vacation. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking through House of Travellers or Travel Triangle — they are not trustworthy and do not deliver on what they promise.

the actual itinerary, however, the hotel reserved for our stay was not up to the mark. I have previously booked trips with Travel Triangle, but this time the hotel was a disappointment to say the least. Hotel receptionists were not co-operative, mismanaged, not synced with one another, and could not accommodate simple requests from us. So what could have been a good experience turned out to be an ok ok one. Beautiful locations and spots in the itinerary.
