RTUNE RESORT SULLIVAN COURT OOTY. Our itinerary included all sight seeing of coonoor and Ooty & on 4th day drop-off again at ITC WELCOME HOTEL COIMBATORE. As we were from Delhi we were a little hesitant and worried about their travel services. But I must admit that Bharathiyar tours gave us finest services for our Ooty & coonoor trip. Mr Kumar was our driver of Toyota Etios. Car was clean & well maintained. He was incredibly competent, dependable, and supportive. He was always prepared and promptly accessible for us anytime we needed to go anywhere. The cab's owner Mr Nandha Kumar was also extremely kind to us. I also interacted with madam Ramya for a short while & found her very helpful. The only issue was that our driver knew only Tamil & a little English and no hindi but still we managed to communicate easily with him. Purity of mind & honesty are more important than language barrier.

Saying this bcos we wanted to go to Top Station in munaar to see sunset or sunrise and hotel staff and other drivers suggested that it’s very safe route but our driver told it’s dangerous bcos of elephant presence on the route and he won’t go and so we have to drop that location. Also driver should be more enthusiastic and suggest good shopping (spices etc) and other hidden gems rather he was more interested in taking us to shopping and activities where I think the commission was arranged. But other than this he covered all the places in itinerary and was very polite through out the trip. Had a great trip and lot of memories.
