items to re-work upon are- Morning Dubai city tour in blazing sun wasn't a great idea. Tagging city tour with 5.30pm Burj Khalifa was exhausting. Location in hotel in Dubai would score 2 on 5; being woken up by loud speaker sound at 5am everyday on a vacation was definitely not expected. 3. Planning phase- 2 on 5. To get the final itinerary was a very difficult task which could have been very well avoided. Final itinerary after iterations came 2 days before the travel. Final itinerary was delivered as committed.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency and TravelTriangle for international travel, as the coordination and service quality were far below acceptable standards. The actual experience deserves 1 star or less. I had a terrible time with Holidays Paradise Tour and Travel through TravelTriangle. From mismanaged itineraries to unresponsive support and unmet promises, nothing went as planned.
