I have travelled thru many different travel agencies to different places but didnt face any issues like this. Please find my experience below and suggest to take some action on it. 1. The reason for choosing Travel Triangle/Tour O World was its itenary. But to my shock it was changed when I landed in mauritius. The itenary i got from team(Seaside holidays) at airport was completely different that I had choose. Along with day by day schedule, the places of visit where also different. 2. I had plans to visit places like Palempolus Garden, Chamarel, Seven color of earth etc. to name few which were present in the itenary(which i had choose), but they were not included itenary i received at airport. As I had desired to visit these places, i did it with my own expense which was very disappointing since along with the entrance fees i had to pay huge travelling charges for every place. We(per couple) had to pay around 5000 mauritian rupees to visit all these mentioned places thru private cabs(SIC basis). This was the cost just because I had convinced 2 more couple to travel with us and the expense just got reduced. If I had to vist the places alone, it would have cost alot. I would like you to take some action on this issuse and provide refund for the expenses caused to me. 3. We were taken to places like shopping malls(not one but 3 shopping malls), to a place which they said as church but from no where it was church, ADAMS diamond showroom etc. When i am in Mauritius on my honeymoon trip, why would i like to visit malls, diamond showrooms. 4. In the itenary it was mention that i would receive a SIM card on arrival, to my shock again I was told they don't provide SIM cards. So the only option left for me to communicate with family back in India was to pay per call. Whatsapp call was one option but couldnt go ahead since the Wifi was not present in the Hotel rooms. Need to be at reception, which was the only place the wifi worked and that too disconnected too frequently. I had not expected this. 5. The point of contact in Mauritius was Mr. Saif and he was very rude and arrogant person. He used to share very limited info, didn't respond to the questions asked and ignored them as if he didn't care. This was the case for all the 3 times he met us. On the very first day, we were only informed that he would meet us once we are in hotel(we reached hotel at 12PM), but he didn't showed up. He showed up late in the evening around 8PM without informing. I happen to pass by the reception lobby when I noticed few members(with whom me came) were chatting with a guy. When I asked about Saif at reception they told me that guy is the same person. So I apologize to him for coming late but he just completely ignored me and didn't even care to respond to my questions. One of the couple shared info they had received from Saif to me. I really didn't appreciated this nature. You should seriously do something about it. The only thing that made my stay awesome was the people i met there(the people travelling with me) and the guide named Shashi. They were fun to be with. A big shoutout to Patricia, the room attendant, who went above and beyond with room service—she was incredibly polite and made our stay extra comfortable. Dining at Bor Lamer and Taba-J was equally delightful. The food was delicious every single time. Special thanks to Chef Vikash and Sunil, the restaurant server, who ensured that not just the taste but the whole dining experience was perfect. They genuinely cared about our satisfaction and service. The highlight of our trip was the romantic dinner organized by the hotel. It was a magical experience that we’ll always cherish. Highly recommend this hotel and TravelTriangle for a peaceful and memorable Mauritius holiday!
