off my hotel while there was a sation just at the walking distance (100m) from my hotel. I had to bear an expense of 50 Euro unnecessarlity for the transfer to hotel from station and i expected atleast a partial refund of my loss which never happened . Also, I had paid for the airport transfer for my return flight and its yet not reimbursed or acknowledged over mail. I just hada verbal and wats app communictaion with Yusuf. Regarding the entry tickets- considering Italy was extremely hot Collosium entry tickets were for 12pm noon , it could have been booked for an early evening or morning , I had to skip it as it was unabearbly hot . And there were lot of other gaps which i think should have been well communicated and discussed with me before they purchased the tickets (entry tickets)

We have booked the jet airways flights , but before our travel jet airways flights cancelled , Mr Prashant called the airlines and booked ethihad flights with no extra charge . A special note to Hub Holiday team - Prashant and Shubham who were 24*7 available on phone and never left a stone unturned to address my query or provide guidance as and when I required. Shubham worked really hard on understanding our requirements and went through several iterations to give us the best possible plan. Truly speaking, we couldn't have created one like this ourselves. We were booked at centrally located 3/4 star hotels and had all the transfers included. We wanted to keep our schedule relatively relaxed, so were given bookings on cruises, day passes which included free public transportation & entry to some of the spots, hop on-hop off city tours which gave us a lot of flexibility and still let us see the best that the city had to offer. We we're quite confused in the beginning as to how the itinerary will be and what are the best places to visit in Europe .Shubham has guided us to go to italy as italy was within our budget . Audi cars were provided for pick up and drops!!A big Thanks to Shubham , Prashant and your team for providing the excellent arrangement and support throughout the trip.I would love to have another trip with HubHoliday in future.

The Hotels we stayed in Paris, Swiss and Rome were good and located at good location especially the hotel at Lucern (Switzerland) is one of the best as it is located very near to Railway station and Hotel staff was also very friendly and helping. Only the staying experience in Novotel Hotel in Venice is not that good, people there were not friendly and AC was also not working in our room. Our overall experience to Europe was amazing the trip is memorable and unforgettable. Transportation was coordinated perfectly, and we were happy with all of our flights, trains, and private transfers. We also enjoyed our guided tour in Venice. We wanted to thank Shuhbham who co-ordinated with us very well in each and every queries we asked before the trip and during the trip as well. This is my 2nd International trip with Travel Triangle and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to have a trip with Travel Triangle if they don't have enough time to plan the trip. Second I-I believe planning a visit to Venice itself makes Gondola ride inevitable.It is a kind of experience which every traveler looks forward to.I would suggest to keep it a private tour instead of a shared tour so that the experience goes at par with expectations.I would suggest to prediscuss this with each traveler and then take it forward accordingly and customize if need be.Rest all was really good,the services and responses from the agent were very prompt and supportive .Thanks for making it so beautiful..Will definitely like to take your services in future as well Visit to Vatican city, florence -tower of pisa and so many others

n hotels and the locations - the Pic Saint Loup trip was the most memorable one. Would highly recommend this to people who have similar interests. Overall my wife and even my son had a great time. Hotels were in great locations, accessible to the train stations. We could walk a lot and also had good time on travel days just to go around. Lake Como Unexpected was a visit to a vineyard in Pic Saint Loop. Have been to many vineyards before, but the warmth shown and food served by local guide and his family is unforgettable.

once were we worried for anything. Our journey, tickets, cabs, route, everything was planned in such a great way that we did not have to ask or refer anybody. Such an amazing experience it was! We would highly recommend it to our family and friends and moreover, now we have a go-to point for all our future trips. :)

9 August 2022 leading to increase of airfare for about Rs 44000/-. It was told that change of date was due to a group of 13 people who want the trip after Raksha Bandhan feastival. There was no such group. 2. As per itinerary, we were told to reach between 8 AM to 2 PM and in the evening were supposed to go for Siene river Cruise. We reached at 0925AM in Paris. On reaching it was informed that there was no cruise that day because some people had to reach late in the evening. That day was wasted for us. All group members had reached by 7 PM. Cruise was held next day along with other itinerary thereby giving less time to other activities. On first day we had to spend our money about 100 Euros each to spend time for local visits. Either all members should have been told to reach by 12 Noon or we should have also been told to reach by evening on first day. It is requested to REFUND the first day amount to us. 3. There was heavy rush in Disneyland Paris due to some holiday in Paris. Also some activities were closed there. Itinerary should be adjusted looking into such circumstances. 3. Travel agent had told us to bring light wollen clothes though heavy wollen clothes were required in Switzerland at Jungfraugh and Mount Titlis. It is suggested due to uncertain weather in Switzerland all should be advised to take wollen clothes accordingly. View from Top Floor of Eiffel Tower Paris was marvellous. Memories of amazing Switzerland are everlasting.
