ries and she was listening to everything very calmly so i went on with the booking and yesterday i paid them an amount of rs one lakh to travel triangle's bank account..suddenly after the payment she stopped taking my calls and started disconnecting my calls..and when i confronted her to be kindly be more courteous towards me she turned out so rude and and she threatened me to cancel my package for which i had already paid an amount of one lakh rupees.so next morning i called TRAVEL TRIANGLE'S representative and assistant manager Mr GOUTHAM CHAUDHARY..at first he was listening to what i had to say then he put me on a conference call with Latika on which she said 'paise deke package khareeda hai,mujhe nahi khareed liya' which was so rude and unprofessional..to which mr Goutham also did not respond..but he assured me that he will get back to me in sometime.i kept waiting and after 1 hour i call him back and he put me on conference with another person named AKARSH JAIN..and MR AKARSH JAIN on the contrary started questioning me instead of listening to what actually happened and later i get to know that latika is also present in the conference call and she started misbehaving again to which i disconnected the call and asked them to settle the issue and call me again in some time..and now it has been more than 2 hours and i am left hanging with only my flight booked without visa,hotel and my sigtseeing.. later Mr goutam transferred my package to miss Shalini..shalini ji booked my hotels and my visa was also dome by her..but as soon as i told her that i do not want the land package to be booked and i just want my hotels and visa to be confirmed..she firstly agreed to it and booked my hotel and visa..but later she kept on insisting me for the land package as well and did not care to pick up my calls or help me with anytging regarding the booking.i kept calling mr goutam too for some of fhe information i needed..but he was so unprofessional that he did not recieve my call and did not care tall back too..neither miss haini seemed concerned..so at last i stopped texting them or calling them cz i was afraud as they might cancel my booking and put me in a worse position again.. i would never ever recommend travel triangle or any of their tied up partners to anyone..they are the worst..Latika from travel awesome was the worst of them all...i would advise eeryone to either book your travel yourself or go with some bigger reputed brands like SOTC OR THOMAS COOK..

al issues started from the very first day of the trip. The cab service was consistently unreliable. The cabs were never on time and were almost always 15–20 minutes late. We were usually given a pickup slot (for example, 9:15–9:30), but the cab never arrived within the mentioned window. I understand that these slots are planned keeping traffic conditions in mind, so occasional delays are acceptable—but this happened almost every single time. Out of the 6 days, 3 days were particularly stressful due to these delays. While some drivers were extremely polite, gentle, and stuck to what they promised, others were very disappointing. They would say they would arrive in 15 minutes but would not show up even after 45 minutes, often without proper communication. We opted for a cab service expecting convenience and peace of mind. Instead, it became a constant source of stress. We had traveled from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Dubai in our own car and chose to use local cabs in Dubai hoping for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday. Unfortunately, by the end of the trip, we felt that driving ourselves would have been far less stressful and would have made the experience better. Another drawback was related to the hotel accommodation. We were informed that king-size beds would be provided, but the rooms had small double beds instead, which was disappointing. Overall, we are very unhappy with the services provided. My previous trip to Maldives was amazing with Travel Triangle, so I opted it again, now, it was terrible!
