they booked was pathetic. they charged me for 3 star hotel and what they provided was not even 1 star. Only and only good thing was the driver.. other than that every blood thing arranged by them is horrible.. no coordination.. they were sending me the stay details , contact no etc .. and asking me to give it to driver.. ( mind it for both the stays they did the same thing) so no coordination, very bad hotels they booked.. according to them there is no buffet in breakfast ,, it will be serve in a hot case and a tiffin( that to with a dirty bag) . basic things like fan, water ( u have to take it from can which is kept outside the room near sofa which they were calling reception), toiletries, towel etc.. ( forget about wifi and all) .. My mother & son both were uncomfortable in that room I do not recommend to chose Shree Ganpati Travels at all!!! Horrible & The WORST experience by Shree Ganpati Travels & by the way it was managed by tannu singh and her manager something with K name kumkum / ksusm something

th extra charges.Bina Travels showed their inabilty to change the vehicle. But its driver Dorjee Sherpa was very nice, polite, punctual and best guide for 4 days. 2. Driver of Xylo car used from Gangtok to Lachung and back was ill informed. Due to him wasted 3 hours while going to Lachung from Gangtok. As per him, he was not informed by the Travel agency about the places to be visited at Lachung. In the process he missed to show us Spring with medical properties at Lachung. When asked he showed his inabilty since the place was left far behind. 3. Driver of WagonR at Darjeeling was not punctual. On first day he reached half an hour late and on Last day he reached more than one hour late to pick us up from hotel. 4. On every station, Bina Travels themselves were not updating the next days programme, instead we had to ask Bina Travels to update us for the same. In view of deficiencies experienced above it is suggested to provide the perfect services to the customers since we chose the trips for our comfort and not for inconvenience. Also it is requested to refund a suitable amount for the above deficiencies experienced. 1. Adventurous journey from Gangtok to Lachung . Yumthang vally was beaitiful. 2. My mother absolutely loved the trip and even tried scuba diving and other water sports, which was a highlight for her. Although we encountered a few hiccups with the hotel cleanliness on Neil Island, these issues were promptly addressed after I spoke with the manager. Overall, the trip was seamless, with everything running on time and as planned. We are grateful for the agent’s efforts in ensuring we had a memorable experience. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to explore the Andaman Islands.

There was some miscommunication later on our itinerary, all this was upsetting but it was sorted. Most of the things we asked for during the trip was promptly resolved. Even for the cancelled elephanta trip we were informed that the refund of the boat tickets will be done soon. The hotel rooms had some issues like no handwash at both the hotels, damaged electric kettle at Havelock beach resort and in one room the geyser and the hair dryer was not working. But overall it was a well organised trip.
