The hotels booked were all good, except the one night at bentota where due to the change in the plan there was a lot of time wasted in searching for a new hotel and was exhaustive. The car was comfortable gave a leisurely feel on travel. Overall you guys made the trip cherishable and memorable, thank you very much. I definitely have many more people planning to visit srilanka and will suggest your agency for the same. Points where you can improve, 1. Entrance fee as a part of the package as it's cumbersome to deal with the bookings each time. 2. Keeping better communication regarding the payments, and other such formalities to prevent any hassle. 3. Keeping the bookings ensured so that there is no feel of wasting time on searching for the new ones. unication from my side to close the deal within 50k but came to know at time of immigration that SDF was additional it didn't set the tone right for the trip also some sight seeing were not covered, anyways it's over now and almost a safe trip. The journey was nice with nice almost new car of Mr.Lobzang and guide Mr. Sonam was also good. Couple of restaurants were good and Thimpu hotel was great .

ormation about the Neil Islands Natural Formation, specifically its limited accessibility during low tide, which only occurs after 2 PM. Unfortunately, our 4:15 PM ferry departure meant we missed this attraction. With prior knowledge of this timing constraint, we could have visited the spot and stayed on Neil Island overnight and left the next day. Despite this minor disappointment, the rest of the trip was wonderful.
