The owner was very unfriendly and said that they had received the voucher for our booking only that morning. Other than this the entire tour was very nice and we enjoyed. Visited Thimpu, Punakha, Phobjikha and Paro and ended our last day with a eventful trek to Tiger's Nest. Tried local dishes as per the recommendations and it was a great experience. However, while the trip itself was fantastic, I want to share some feedback regarding the booking experience. Our travel agent, Kishan from Bookitforgetit, was very proactive and responsive before we booked the trip. Unfortunately, after the booking was finalized, I found myself repeatedly following up for crucial details such as the hotel voucher, payment confirmations, and driver information. This lack of consistent communication and post-booking support was a bit disappointing. My humble request to Travel Triangle is to ensure that better customer service is provided after the booking process is complete. It’s crucial to maintain the same level of attentiveness throughout the entire experience. While the trip itself was great, the post-booking service left room for improvement. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for travelers like us.

that suited our needs since we are quite picky about these things. One of the best parts was when we found out that only 5 kg of luggage is allowed on the helicopter for the Char Dham trip. We had a special request to send a car from Dehradun to one of the dhams so we could change clothes and manage our luggage. Amit Bhaiya took care of everything, collecting our luggage from the hotels and arranging the whole process, which I know wasn’t easy. He was really patient throughout. Thanks to him, our trip was wonderful. I highly recommend Uttara Holidays and Amit Bhaiya for a smooth and memorable Char Dham trip!
