His driving skills on the challenging mountain roads were exceptional, and we always felt safe and secure in his care. More than that, his cheerful personality, local knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our experience. Whether it was navigating the high-altitude passes or stopping at hidden scenic spots, Bittu Ji was always there with a smile and a story. tially; The first hotel The City Max was basic in amenities but 5 star in the breakfast options and generous kitchen staff; what could have been better: 1. providing more clarity on options available at each venue like priority passes, higher experience tickets, hand band option for carnival option at global village, marina vs creek cruise etc- whenever whatever I asked, got clarity then. Please don't assume what others would want- inform them about options available for each experience so that the client can choose, 2. changing itinerary several times making it hectic for us- it was very hot there, travelling with the kid at each place was tiring- we could have skipped miracle garden completely keeping 1 thing in the day to keep it light; global village on last day would have been the best as driver picked up at 9:30pm and we would have reached airport by 10:30 easily- because of this, we got no time at Gevora; 3. more flexibility as the driver easily agreed to come to museum of future as ours was first pickup but you folks were adamant, 4. incorrect information about time needed in warners- there was long queue at every ride- even after staying there for 6 hours- we missed multiple shows n rides- it takes more time with the kid, it was great that somehow the tour was designed that they first dropped us to warners, else if it was otherwise, we would have not seen anything; anyways, thanks for all ur efforts- think we can dissolve the group now.

I was particularly impressed by the harmonious coexistence of different cultural traditions, which is evident in the country's festivals, architecture, and cuisine. 2 *Efficient Transport*: Getting around Malaysia was quite convenient. The public transportation system, including trains and buses, was efficient and well-connected. Additionally, ride-hailing services were readily available and affordable. In conclusion, my trip to Malaysia was a memorable trip. I highly recommend Malaysia as a travel destination to anyone looking for a unique and fulfilling travel experience.

The visit to **Miracle Garden** and **Global Village** was not a pleasant experience due to the extreme weather conditions during the scheduled timings. These visits could have been planned better, ideally during cooler hours or on different days, to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. Aside from that, everything else from accommodation and transportation to sightseeing and support was excellent. Just few suggestions it would be good if we can get an ordered list of places as per route with their timings. Because many places had their timings. The cab driver (Vipul) was really a gem of a person and was cheerful throughout our Tawang trip. The hotels/homestays were satisfactory and the food was also good. Do go with Hill Dekho for the best price and itinerary. Really good experience. Best memories were visiting the snow capped mountains and the Bumla Pass. Felt proud seeing the army guarding us in the Chinese border. All mountain lovers should visit India's Land of the Rising Sun. Tawang was mesmerising and beautiful.
