He helped in creating a perfect itinerary, suggesting vegetarian and Indian friendly food places etc. One thing I liked about Chill safar is, they created a whatsapp group with ChillSafar agents and local Malaysian agents and us. This way at any point in time, if there was a need to change the plans, or any issues, both were reachable. We were being informed about the timing of pick up, vehicle, driver information of next day, on the day before itself. This helped in planning for the next day. We opted for IBIS STYLES in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was ok. Indian Friendly Breakfast. In Langkawi , we stayed in “Bella Vista Waterfront” . Even though this property is sea facing and beautiful , there is no access to the sea. There is no beach. Very rocky and inaccessible waterfront. The nearest beach - Chenang beach is about 25 mins away from the hotel, hence we ended up paying about ~50 MYR each day we went to the beach. However, we ended up enjoying both Kaulalampur and Langkawi a lot. Sunway Lagoon, The island hopping, Twin tower visits etc have all been very nice. Overall it was a very memorable trip and Thanks to TravelTriangle and ChillSafar for making it very smooth and hassel-free.

ching Vietnam, Emi also took responsibility and ensured things went smoothly. Due to weather conditions, our itinerary had to be modified, and we missed the overnight cruise. However, Anne and Emi quickly made alternative arrangements, which we truly appreciated. There were a few follow-ups I had to do regarding our train from Hanoi to Sapa — the one originally promised was changed, but they later corrected it as per my request. The train itself was just okay and not very clean, though the Sapa to Hanoi bus was comfortable. We faced a small challenge at the Hanoi train station while going to Sapa — the driver only dropped us outside, and we struggled to find the right platform. Fortunately, with God’s grace, a kind person at the station helped us, and we managed to catch the train on time. On the first day, one place from the itinerary couldn’t be covered due to weekend roadblocks, which could have been planned better in advance. Also, at a few places, the hotel checkout time was 12 noon, and we had to wait in the lobby for a few hours before the next activity or transfer — this could be improved for better coordination. From the second day onwards, everything went smoothly and was well taken care of. Overall, we really appreciate Anne and Emi’s efforts and support — they made sure we had a pleasant and enjoyable trip to Vietnam.
