e trip, I was traveling with Kids but never felt unsafe. We got private car with expert driver Firoz who drove so smooth and safe always. One day while going to Pangong there was land slide and we missed hotel stay there cozof road closed but Amrita immediately transferred our stay from Pangong hotel to Nubra hotel and we did not had to worry at all, also next day she planned our trip accordingly so we can cover all the missed places in 1 day We had an absolutely fabulous time. Also, our driver Firoz was also so active and given superb service. and I have already told people about you and your service Amrita, next time where never will plan will defiantly plan with Travel Triangle only, trip was very comfortable and reasonable. f the mountain and sunrise can be seen from the bed itself . Hotel lake paradise is overall good but all electric sockets are non functional in both the rooms but extension board was arranged by the hotel staff which is great help. All the hotels are clean staff are helpful. Hotel Taleju in kathmandu is good. Car given to us is actually a chinese made electric van which they called a luxury van with no view of outside and poor suspension. It requires charging twice on route to Pokhara and Kathmandu. Power cut in charging station is frequent and long queue makes it a very impractical vehicle for tourists who visit for leisure. Driver tried his best to keep us comfortable during the journey. Owner of the agency get offended when I compared the Chinese van with Maruti eco. But actually the van is poor in suspension then eco and cant see anything outside. According to them if the seats are reclining it comes under luxury category.. actually its not their fault the agency already sent the pictures of the vehicle at the time of booking but I mistook it by its look with the luxury tourist van that are used in other South East Asian countries. These vehicles may be a good option only after the highway construction and is completed.

hence was not good enough for hill station rides and pickup & speed was lacking. Travel agent was not upto his words regarding payment. Previously he gave us the option to pay 2nd installment after reaching the hotel while booking the package whereas he asked us to pay 2nd installment instantly 1 day before beginning of the trip. Although travel triangle team told us not to pay any other person or agent. My feedback is to improve the payment system such as paying 50% advance and remaining 50% during the trip. Or 50% advance and 25% at the start and remaining 25% at the mid of the trip, as per convenience.

our of the agent (Romana) , I selected Ozzo Kashmir Holidays. The rooms provided was good and all the hotel staffs were exceptionally good. The best part was the driver who was appointed to us. He was like a brother during the whole trip and will always remain so. Back with loads of good memories to cherish.

enience. Our Driver Sameer was very helpful and friendly and guided us well throughout the tour covering all the spots throughout the day. All the hotel properties selected were very good and was as per our expectations. In terms of area of improvement, I would say the the Houseboat should have been better that this. The look and the facilities at the houseboat was better than us for most of our fellow traveller's and was at a lesser price. However, the self cooked food served at the houseboat was amazing. Once again thank you very much Back2travels for the amazing unforgettable experience.

He would not make any adjustment to the itinerary without asking for additional money. One thing I recommend to do is going through their itinerary making sure all places you are interested are spelled out, rather than some leaving hanging.

about driver working for hours now which should have been discussed and not agreed when requested for the driver to be available for local trips after the promised trips. Too much of attitude and no manners on how to speak or covey things to clients. Please work on your communication

top notch...Service, hospitality, food... everything is too good in the hotels you guys provided....And our driver Mr.Dilip Thakur...he is absolutely fantastic...very welcoming and showed us all places in and beyond the iternary...He never limited himself in the excuse of time or fixed itenary...he is very patient took us to every place and never forced us to come quick or something...Also he suggested good places for activites, shopping etc....Overall we had a memorable anniversary trip..Loved it....All thanks to Ansh Mehta for organizing an amazing trip
