Trip was organized fine by 'Travelancer kashmir' company via agent Iqra madam initially and then Ishrat madam, however there are some issues wrt itinerary provided by the company regarding compliances/ follow up of hotels ratings and their hospitality/ services which needs to be taken seriously further in future for other Travelers.

s major issue we face. agent not able to provide correct updates on timely manner you need to call him multiple time. Also there were few hiccups initially regarding accommodation and rooms they booked but later on they resolved. Driver is good and his main focus is to cover only what their in itinerary if you ask him to show any other places which is not specifically mentioned in itinerary then he ask us to check if it is their in itinerary if not then he is be like dekhte hai, kitna time lagega uspe hai but if you can insist to visit then he covers that. Overall we had great experience though there are some hiccups but we enjoyed trip a lot. Bumla pass, jung waterfall falls

in Shillong was delightful. The hotel was excellent, and the food was exceptionally good, adding comfort and flavor to our time there. Mawlynnong: Known as Asia's cleanest village, Mawlynnong lived up to its reputation in terms of beauty and cleanliness. The hotel we stayed at was beautiful and offered great views, although the facilities were quite average. Nonetheless, the natural charm of the place made up for it. Cherrapunji: Our experience in Cherrapunji was also very good. The hotel was comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay amidst misty hills and stunning landscapes. However we could have better option here, because food choices were very limited. Special Thanks: A special mention goes to Ms. Sizra from The Unexplored via Travel Triangle, who played a key role in making this trip so smooth and enjoyable. Her coordination and efforts are highly appreciated. She was continuously in touch with us during the trip to confirm about wellbeing and comfort. A very professional approach to connect with your client.  We would also like to thank Mr. Babul Das, our driver for the trip, who was extremely cooperative and enthusiastic throughout the journey. His dedication and helpful nature enhanced our experience as we explored various scenic spots across Meghalaya. Conclusion: Overall, it was a wonderful and enriching experience. Otherwise good on timing and supportive person In general, Rohtang pass trip from Manali was very costly when I compare with my other friends experience.. just 2 adventure games and winter dress,they charged 5000 and cab 6500...felt cheated here... But overall good experience and thanks for arranging this trip

He called us twice every day—once in the morning and again in the evening—to check in and ensure everything was going smoothly. The only drawback we faced was due to the unpredictable weather—occasional rain did affect our sightseeing plans. Additionally, while the drivers provided were good and polite, punctuality was an issue. Being local, they are familiar with the traffic situation, and we felt they should have planned better to avoid delays. On a couple of occasions, we missed out on visiting certain spots because the drivers arrived late. Despite these minor hiccups, we are overall very satisfied with the service provided. Ultimately, I made a hasty decision to go with the cheaper option. On the day I made my final choice, .I was approached by SIZRA KHAN from UNEXPLORED TRIP, and she requested a few minutes of my time to explain the details of the trip. I listened to her and was impressed with the clarity of her explanation, but the price remained on the higher side. However, after some negotiation, she offered a small discount and promised exceptional service throughout the trip. She delivered on her promise, as her selection of hotels and resorts was simply exquisite and classy. I was completely satisfied with my stay, which far exceeded the accommodations I had booked for myself in Kolkata. The highlight of the trip was Mr. Abdul, our cab driver; he was incredibly patient and cooperative throughout the entire journey and had no complaints at all.I had a fantastic family vacation that included my two young children, aged 6 and 4. Once again, I extend my gratitude to Unexplored and SIZRA KHAN for assisting me in organizing the bills, even a month after our trip to suit my needs, making it a memorable experience. Constructive Feedback for Improvement: Hotel Concerns (3rd Stay): The remote location and lack of basic amenities at the third hotel made our family uncomfortable, especially as we were the only guests. A refund for this stay would be greatly appreciated. Transparency in Costs: Entry fees at temples/private attractions were unexpected. Clarifying these in advance or including them in the package would help future travelers. Similarly, sharing day-wise programs with detailed cost breakdowns (e.g., train tickets) would improve planning. Itinerary Communication: Providing a more detailed schedule (e.g., attraction entry times, fee lists) would enhance the experience. Request: Given the issues with the third hotel and unused train tickets, we kindly ask for a refund or credit for these. This would reflect your commitment to customer satisfaction. Also as agreed by your team return off $80 towards train arrangement which was cancelled due to local strike. Please note we lost $200 during the trip which was unexpected. in Darjeeling. Unfortunately, we weren't aware that the tickets needed to be booked in advance, and no one informed us about it. We usually rely on our travel partner to guide us on such things, especially when prior bookings are required. It would be helpful if information about experiences like the Toy Train, cable car, or other popular activities needing advance online booking was communicated beforehand. This would help avoid last-minute issues and ensure a smoother experience. That being said, everything else about the trip was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed it. We will definitely book through this partner again in the future!
