The stay in Ubud was especially beautiful at Freddies Villas. Transportation The transport arrangements were smooth, with a comfortable vehicle and a punctual driver. The private transfers made traveling hassle-free. However, on one occasion at Nusa Penida, the driver had taken to all point but with limited time to explore and was in hurray to leave us at the harbour point. We have to wait for 2 hours 30 mins approx time for the Boat. Tour Guide & Service The guide was friendly and helpful. The customer service from Taking Break Holidays was responsive and assisted us whenever needed. Activities & Experiences The trip included a mix of cultural, adventure, and relaxation activities. The visit to the GWK and the Keckka dance performance were memorable. The ATV ride trip in Ubud was fantastic. itinerary. The accommodations and sightseeing arrangements were well-organized, making the trip enjoyable. However, I faced some issues with the cruise trip and bus management. The cruise experience did not meet expectations due to poor bus management service, They went to the same route, again and again, did not pick up the passengers, and wasted our time for around 3 hours due to which we reached our hotel late at night 1:30 AM and the bus coordination could have been better, I hope these areas can be improved for future trips.
