ching Delhi , in next 3 days we got 3 different cars with different drivers and each time I have to explain everything to drivers,once a fix driver was given then there wasn’t any issue. It was pure inexperience of travel agent or casual approach. I have spent a lot of money but wasn’t got the value against the same.

aff members (Hotel Green View) behaved inappropriately and used derogatory and racially insensitive remarks in front of elders, which was quite disappointing — an experience I would certainly not like to recall. That said, I sincerely appreciate Mr. Chandrasekhar, who handled the situation very calmly and professionally on behalf of Triptovana. Except for that incident, the entire trip was wonderfully organized and truly memorable.

items to re-work upon are- Morning Dubai city tour in blazing sun wasn't a great idea. Tagging city tour with 5.30pm Burj Khalifa was exhausting. Location in hotel in Dubai would score 2 on 5; being woken up by loud speaker sound at 5am everyday on a vacation was definitely not expected. 3. Planning phase- 2 on 5. To get the final itinerary was a very difficult task which could have been very well avoided. Final itinerary after iterations came 2 days before the travel. Final itinerary was delivered as committed.
