options in the breakfast menu. One hotel served only breads in the breakfast. The agent should inform this beforehand so that we could have carried some more snacks with us. Peit them resort in Mawlynnong was a complete mess. They have old rooms with some insects inside them. There were only 2 people to handle everything, nobody came for the check out, we carried our luggage by ourselves. Hotel Rajmahal in Guwahati was excellent but we didn't get to stay for long time there due to tight schedule. Summit green village resort at Kaziranga was excellent but its situated little far from tourist spots and the central and western zones which are best zones for safari. We asked the agent to change the hotel but we didn't get expected support.

he was always readily available to answer thousands of my queries and kudos to her for answering patiently. I would have given my trip a 5/5 but for 2 incidents which actually left a bad taste. First was my discussion with Hetuka regarding booking of Shibuya Sky Tree which was done verbally and not noted in the itenary shared. Hence I had to pay more ( which i did from Klook) and got an 8 pm slot. Secondly, my Osaka Castle tour was a disaster since our guide said no tour was booked and we did not have any tickets for the tour. It was booked in the name of hetuka's colleague Rinkal and not in my name, then she said that we have not paid for our tickets ( which later our poc Maulik said was a misunderstanding between the supplier and hence we had to shell out 1000 yen at the end of the tour. The worst thing our POC Maulik (not sure what role he has in the company but he definitely does not know anything on Japanese culture) He told me before our trip that we had to give the Japanese guide a TIP and giving a TIP to a Japanese is a Big Taboo. I don't know where he gets this information but when I told him he still insisted that we give a tip to the guide. Sigh. Overall a superb trip Matching steps with the Japanese in the train stations. Getting exhausted with 15k to 20k steps everyday and still smiling abt what a wonderful day it had been

thanks to Raju who has taken care of our travelling in port blair and shankar in havelock, where didnt wait anywhere for the pickup they were waiting before we reach which is the best part and the journey became smooth, we enjoyed our time at radhanagar beach as well

He was extremely professional, drove us safely in a comfortable Innova Crysta, and felt like family throughout the trip. He even helped us click some fantastic photos, which made our memories even more special. The team also arranged beautiful birthday celebrations for my daughter (2 May) and for me (9 May), which was a truly thoughtful and memorable gesture. Overall, excellent planning, great support, and a very memorable experience. Highly recommended!
