ng out from our hotel to go to airport they closed the gate and told us to pay rs1700 because according to them the bedsheet was not washable because some stain are put by us according to them. When I asked to give us bedsheet for proof they said you have to pay extra rs 2000 for that, then when I confronted them the manager Nirmal biswas and one lady of housekeeping started misbehaving with us. Since we are getting late for airport I had no other option but to pay them rs1000 (for which I have a receipt). Even I called our travel agent but he said he cannot do anything and you have to pay. I have video proof of the entire scene. This was the worst experience as a couple we have to go through who just wanted to enjoy there honeymoon holiday. Attaching the copy of bill here. py Goa offered this property I said yes. But Hotel management is changed. The hotel is in bad shape. Each and every part of the hotel needs major maintainnance. We had three rooms. Some of the incidences that happened to us: 1. One room AC was not cooling at all. They came and cleaned the filters in front of us. Not much help 2. One room Automated lock stopped working. After struggling for one hour they break the lock. 3. Room they shifted AC was not working. 4. Another room, Foil smell was coming from the toilet. They were not even having odnil. We survived somehow. 5. There was no foot mat in the rooms outside the toilet. On request, they provided and didn't change for three days. 6. Bad mattresses have sunk and need immediate replacement. 7. Tea quality was just too bad. For room service despite of giving clear instruction as,e tea was delivered. 8. Wahever they served in Breakfast, 100% tasteless. We gave feedback to chef, next morning he made poor bahji with super blend tasteless bhaji 9. Last but not least - zero Covid related precautions. Hardly any staff was wearing mask. God Bless! 9.

- drivers have been courteous and polite both the times - drivers have been on time - taxi was clean and comfortable We Booked the O Hotel, Candolim : - it has an amazing location - there is a casino right in the resort premise - they have a private shack too, but that was closed this time. - It claims to be a 5star property, the overall courteousness and politeness of staff were not of a 5star standard. - Overall shelf space in the room was less to accommodates your goods (say the size of side tables, wardrobe, study table and the rack for luggage (this was missing altogether))
