Furthermore, the driver severely restricted our time at various sites, even questioning the duration of our planned visits. This lack of flexibility extended to the final day, where we were only allotted 30 minutes for shopping. Given that the package was chosen for its freedom from group tour constraints, this rigidity must be addressed for future bookings. So this is a suggestion from my side if this can be avoided or improved. Rest everything was wonderful.

mless experience... At the start of the trip, we got International SIM for maintaining basic connectivity and easy low/no mark-up Forex card for local usage - both items helped when on the trip. During the trip, the team was very prompt & responsive for any queries that we had. All the transfers were comfortable and well planned. They ensured transport details for next day was shared in advance on regular basis. The hotel accommodation was as per our requirements. The rooms were great & very clean and as requested..Worth the money spent.. Special mention for Baan Lamai Hotel & Resort from where the Patong beach is easily accessible across the road... It was ensured that we get proper vegetarian food at all hotels as well as on the Boat trips.. All the local operators for island hopping were very polite and informative... They even suggested how to maximize the time we had at every location.. For the day at leisure we had support from their team to arrange for rental cab on payment basis which is much better than local Grab taxi service Our vacation was a huge success !! Would highly recommend Navigatio ASIA for planning an unforgettable vacation...

kept insisting that slots were very limited and pushed us to book immediately by creating false urgency. The complimentary snorkeling included in our package was another big letdown. They took us into barely 1–2 feet of water, asked us to just put our face in, and called it snorkeling. Then they said this is the only complimentary demo included in our package and demanded ₹1200 if we wanted to see actual fish and enjoy snorkling. It felt completely misleading and frustrating. Overall, trip was good and memorable but due to above issues trip was not 100% satisfactory. I hope this issues wont be repeated in the future Hotel and cab service was good
