The trip was too good. Special thanks to Rohit. He made himself available at any time of the day during the planning stage and even during my trip. I must say he recommended some really good places in barcelona as well (the the costa brava). He also amended my itinerary based on my choice. We havent faced any issue during our visit we were there for our honeymoon and we didnt need to worry about our transfers and our visit to various places...our chaffer rica was very well behaved and very professional in his approach ...he clicked us at various moments which we will cherish forever ....he really explained us about each and every place plus the tradition and culture of bali Must visit sekumpul falls and mount batur

Dear sir/madam I Vancy Costa and my hubby had spend 4 days in Kerala, had a awesome time there. It was our first visit there, we both were very happy. The way arrangements was was nice eg. The driver, hotels,n Mathew u tooo.... etc.... Awesome services n will be definitely suggest your company if any of my friends, family plans in future

We had amazing time in Spain (Madrid + Tenerife). We had booked the flight ourselves from Mumbai to Madrid, Madrid to Tenerife and return flights. Our hotel bookings, airport pick up and drop and activities on few days were planned by Customizeyourtrip. On Day 1, we landed in Madrid, hotel (Globales Acis and Galatea) was close to airport and it was a decent property. Only shortcoming we can mention here is that, the room was booked with twin beds instead of double room as being couple we would prefer the later always. Another incident was that our driver came late at Madrid airport to pick us up by an hour or so. We spent our next 5 nights in Tenerifie one of the canary islands in Spain. On Day 3, hop on and off tour was booked for us by Customizetrip in Tenerife. We didn't find it much interesting and left the trip in less than an hour. On the same day, we ventured to Puerto De La Cruz visiting couple of beaches Playa Jardin and Playa Martianez which were beautiful. On day 4, Customizeyourtrip had booked tickets for Costa Martianez which was theme pool park with seven or more different swimming pools with very cold water. We couldn't swim in the pool as it was very cold and lunch was decent included with the tickets. Overall, we found it very disappointing. We left shortly after lunch to Loro Parque. This we booked there ourselves and turned out to be an amazing place in Tenerife. We spent close to 6 hours there and enjoyed a lot. Next day, Customizeyourtrip had booked "Whale & Dolphin Cruise On Board The Bahriyeli With Mar De Ons Los Cristianos". It was decent but far from our hotel. It took at least 2 hours to reach the destination. But, overall it was fine. Next day was leisure. We chose to visit Mount Teide , a volcano mountain situated in the middle of the island. We had rented a bike costing 40 euros for 2 days. It was very adventurous ride going through beautiful trees, surrounding mountains, and very good roads. We also enjoyed hot water swimming pool in our hotel at Tenerifie. There was only one free entry to the warm pools and it was worth it. The hotel was overall good with good breakfast. However, we would suggest to rent a car or bike to roam around the island. Our hotel was La Quinta Park Suites. Next day we returned to Madrid and we checked into a hotel, located in the middle of the city of Madrid - Hotel City View Florida Norte booked by Customizeyourtrip. We could roam around easily exploring the lanes of Madrid. Next day in the evening, Customizeyourtrip had booked "Flamenco Show Torres Bermejas With Drink". We enjoyed the 1 hour show by talented dancers. To summarize, we liked the hotels booked by Customizeyourtrip but we felt they were lacking local expertise in selecting activities/tours/sightseeing for us. Also, the coordination/communication was quite reactive, we expected little proactive responses from them. In our previous trip to Bali booked with travel triangle, we were assigned a dedicated local agent who helped us throughout the trip coordinating on drops, pick ups and other things.

Worst part is costa cruise please never reconmmmed any indian for italian cruise. No entertainment for indian Taj vivanta

Good - Hotels and location of the hotels was very nice. The vendors for Internal Tours were all good and not that far from hotels. Bad - The cabs were not on time, wasted an hour at-least on every airport with so much of hassle. The airport destination from Paris Hotel to Paris airport was wrong. The followups are not that punctual, I mean the followup were supposed to be before the actual thing happens and not post the delay. The Hotel Barcelona House Check in was at 3 and we could have taken a later flight from paris or the check in should have been requested earlier. Infact I was not aware of it till the time I reached the Hotel. No 'good' surprises for a couple on Honeymoon (I have heard good stories from other couples, nothing to share from my end). The cab messup in Paris can be refunded to me now as compared to later. If PickYourTrail is working day in day out with their vendor then they can get the refund for the vendors mistake. Bad things before trip - Visa Assistance is so pathetic, cant even describe here. Barcelona is not a honeymoon destination should have kept it for 2 days as compared to 2 in Costa Brava. Costing details were not clear. The Walthrough is also not that amazing as it sounds. It is written in the itinerary that they can provide the Deep Sea Diving Vendor but they cant. The vendor that the agent provided is the first one you can also see on google. Paris and Costa Brava are simply amazing. Barcelona and Madrid are not Honeymoon destinations. Watch Lido Show in paris, it is very nice

The entire trip was well arranged and a good experience. Everything went as planned .Keep up the good service . One suggestion please don't use air costa airways for flight, they cancelled our both flights and we had to pay more money to get tickets in other airways and it caused unnecessary tension at last moment.
