We recently booked an 11-day, 10-night land package to Thailand with Travtree Holidays, covering Bangkok, Phuket, and Krabi. Traveling with a 2-year-old can be challenging, but the overall experience was smooth and well-coordinated.
Our itinerary was packed with great activities. In Bangkok, Safa
ri World was a huge hit with our little one, and the temple tours were beautiful. The Krabi leg was fantastic—the 7 Island Tour and the Jungle Tour were standouts. In Phuket, the Phi Phi Island tour and the Old City tour were both well-managed and enjoyable.
Since we only opted for the land package and airport transfers, we relied heavily on their punctuality. The transfers were seamless, which is a massive relief when you’re hauling luggage and a toddler!
The only disappointment was the Elephant Sanctuary tour. It felt very rushed, lasting only about an hour and a half, which didn't quite meet our expectations compared to the quality of the other excursions.
Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday. Travtree Holidays provided great service and reliable transport. Highly recommended for families looking for a well-organized Thailand experience!

Overall it was a good experience. Planning of city tour can be better, example in Bangkok we went places like gem gallery instead of Sun Temple.
If National park fees is compulsory you should have added in the package stating it is compulsory, we felt to show the cost is less you mention extra an
d then local charge.

first of all Tamalika , travel mediator/agent did not pick any of my calls nor replied to any queries. Travelopedia from where i closed deal , person suvojit was good , directed properly however at last moment asked me money 1500 extra , since we did nt wanted to offmood we sent him. No complaints g
or anyone as feedback was asked given. so far so good experience with travel triangle so should be more transparent and everything should be black white to avoid doubt from both sides
Trips are always best and memories remains forever hence we enjoy as we go to relax and enjoy trip . Breakfast in both hotels were good. Phiphi island excellent . enjoyed a lot

We have booked 5N 6D package to Andaman with 3 start & 4 star hotels.
For tango resort in neil Island cleaning is not proper. Other two hotels are good .
Regarding cab driver except 1 from 3 all are friendly. Only havelock cab driver is not so friendly & understandable.
All the arrangements are as
per our package & planned properly whatever included in the package.
I really enjoyed the vacation tension free because of Andaman Travel menial.

Everything was okay but every activity has some pro version in which you have to pay extra it’s bit annoying . Even photo shoot in the evening includes costs and the breakfast of the hotels was very basic . You could improve in providing better hotels and more flexible user experience.

Overall a good service. But the hotel room type we wanted was double bed but got twin bed for 4 nights. The hotel staff were not understanding/flexible enough to upgrade our room type.
Cab and driver service were very good. Driver was always on time and was informing us on call before any planned pi
