I have planned trip for Sikkim (4days) and Darjeeling (2) days from May 27 to Jun 3 (2023) with Jeremy. Anand was always available for any kind of support. He helped a lot in planning and finalizing itinerary and hotels. Cab driver Yuvraj was also amazing person. He was driver cum guide for us. He explained lot of things about local culture and traditions of Sikkim. Best part of trip was Nathula and Zero Point. We have covered Namchi, Temi Tea Garden, Ravangla as well. These are must visited places. We missed Lachen and Pelling this time. Darjeeling was not good. Traffic was chaotic. Overall, it was good experience. Thanks Jeremy to make this trip unforgettable.

Our two week Australia trip planned n executed by Fly Goldfinch Kruti n team. Overall it is very good. All the arrangements were excellent and perfectly organaised. Cost is competitive compared to other travel agents. Response was quick. For the cab bookings even during odd India timings Gautham did it perfectly . Ultimately they were available 24/7 to answer the queries n did the needful. All the hotels booked were in main area close to restaurants, shopping centre and transport facilities. Overall trip was really good. But some places in the itinerary were not upto the mark. Places like beaches in nusa penida were not the places to be excited about. The kintamani view of batur mountain was not very exciting either. Sometimes driver try to convince us for activities outside the itinerary. The behaviour and timing of driver were good. You need to add more happening places in itinerary. There needs to be more clarity in inclusions and exclusions. Like cost of photos or lunch or dinner. No one was there to provide on spot addition of new activities. The itinerary was exceptional as it was well managed. There is room for improvement though. All in all I will definitely recommend others to choose travel triangle for their travels. Gillie T is one of the best places I visited during the trip. The aston beach resort is awesome. It should be two days in itinerary instead of one.

If we order non-vegetarian food, that's what we should get, but in many places we get vegetarian food. Plz tell the agency to be serious about basic services. Hotel Exp: Hotel exp was decent,food was good ,could do better in keeping some more options of North Indian food Had a payment issue at Hotel Adrak at Trivandrum where the payment was not marked as paid by the hotel agency we have to wait for checkout because of that,took a lot of time to resolve it. We could have missed the sighting of the last day due to the payment issue. Cab Exp: The driver was cooperative and helped in sight seeing for the first 3 days. He started showing tantrums for the sightseeing of Trivandrum and was not ready to cover the places in our itinerary. There was a lot of miscommunication between Back2Holidays and the driver regarding the payment and itinerary discussion. When we called the agent to clarify he was not happy and we had a lot of arguments with him. Agency Exp: I would like to thank Nikita from Back2Holidays for helping us cover all the places in our itinerary. She was following up with us throughout our trip. Everything was planned according to our needs, hotels were nearby the sightseeing places. We had issues with driver and at one of the hotels,we reached out to her and she made sure our trip went according to our plan coordinated with the driver and at hotel and overall our trip was a memorable one. There can be improvements done to avoid miscommunication between the agency,driver and hotels.It creates a lot of stressful situations for the guests. Our last 2 days were a bit stressful due to that.
