I was assigned a few travel agencies by Travel Triangle, also got hashtag travel as one agency..
My trip was a bit complicated with many rectifications and changes.
The best part is Priyanka of the trip she was so kind , patient any time i requested for a change she did .
And assisted me through the
entire trip even on the trip when I had a few hassles she intervened and sorted them out and also ensured that my future places did not have the similar issue. As i had travelled to 4 different places.i have travelled many countries and interacted with many agents but haven't come across one such agent who is patient understanding.and adjusting.
She is a best and deserves kudos and also recommend others to go with hashtag travel for just Priyanka and her concern over our travel plans.
I would also consider my future trips with them.

But not a great experience with Agent. You used to get call for every hour till you confirm booking. Once initial payment made, response delayed by 1 day. Post full payment, no responses or pretty delayed.
Purpose of private transfer is to travel leisure but timing
s were never considered. They never listen to us, they just goes based on their own way. Never takes special requests…!!!!! Thankfully ruined the main purpose of my son’s birthday. Nothing arranged..!!!!

The arrangement for the smaller trips were also properly managed. However, the location of the hotels in which we state could have been better. Our hotels, especial

We only took cab. Cab driver was good but not fully aware of the roads and all. We had to look into Google map and guide the driver. Also, he had taken ₹ 1000/- from me as a loan but never returned. This is a really not good
