Trip Details: It was my 1st Family vacation to Goa during Christmas & New Year (first visit).
Price Comparison: First I gone through big holiday companies and found big holiday sites too expensive; Travel Triangle offered similar package at half the ra
te.
- Agent: Connected with Bindas Travel (Firdaus Ansari).
- Experience: Initial doubts were there as I never heard about them but confidence grew slowly and I booked the package.
Arrangements: Excellent efforts, smooth arrangements, and
24x7 support. One instance I would like to share that during cruise dinner, we were given 4 tickets but we were 6 in the group. Some miscommunication were there but it was immediately resolved by Firdaus Ansari at 9 pm. Means full support during travel anytime.
Overall Impression: Package quality and service won my heart.
