e had a major issue with Pandawa Beach Resort. It was nothing like the online reviews—there was virtually no staff, no functioning kitchen, zero hygiene, and no food available. I really wish we had asked Ramiz to change this hotel for us as well. Additionally, while our driver was excellent and very professional, the car provided wasn't very comfortable. Good service from the agency, but definitely avoid that specific resort!

houseboat experience was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip. The tranquil backwaters, delicious food, and comfortable accommodations made it a memorable stay. * Thekkady Hotel: We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our hotel in Thekkady. It provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the surrounding attractions. Areas for Improvement: * Munnar Hotel Location: The hotel's location in Munnar was a bit disappointing. It was not ideal for evening strolls and was quite far from the main town. * Kovalam Hotel: While the room itself was decent, the overall hotel experience was not up to par. The standard level of the hotel and the lack of sea views from the rooms were drawbacks. Overall, our Kerala trip was an enriching experience, with the houseboat stay and Thekkady hotel being the standout points. We hope that future travelers can benefit from our feedback and make the most of their Kerala journeys.
