Overall good experience with travel triangle and the comfort travel.

My trip was kerala was arranged by Namaskaram travels. My agent Sunny was very helpful throughout the trip. However I had some bad experience through the trip. The hotel in Munnar, Grand Valley, which was given to me in a 4 star package package was not of the standard for a 4-star. The location of the hotel was 100-150 m steep down the road, which could only be reached through hotel jeep, our traveller stayed out. A good hotel but not a 4 star. The next day, my traveller broke down on our way to Thekkady and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere for a couple of hours. The agency arranged for another traveller which covered our itenary for that day and dropped us to our hotel, Woodnote, which was the best in our trip. Local arrangements were made for our siteseeing in Thekkady, which were also good. Finally, a new traveller was assigned to us for our remaining trip, with with we covered Allepy and our drop to Kochi. Overall: Traveller Experience: 2/10 Grand Valley View, Munnar: 4/10 Woodnote, Thekkady: 10/10 Time Square, Allepy: 7/10 Agent Communication: 10/10 Travel Triangle Communication: 10/10

Nicely planned...with baby we could see what we can.. comfortable trip Everything with baby was special...given seperate room for lactation in Bangalore palace ..which felt so so good....

We booked a 6 Days / 5 Nights Kerala trip and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Right from hotel suggestions, locations, and sightseeing planning, everything was arranged in a very professional and well-organized manner. The entire trip was offered at a reasonable price without compromising on quality. Our cab driver was highly skilled, polite, and had excellent communication skills, which made the journey smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the travel company did a fantastic job in planning and executing our holiday. We truly appreciate their efforts and would definitely recommend their services to anyone planning a trip.
